As I walked past L’Occitane, I was captivated by the lavender bouquet positioned outside the store. It was so beautiful and fragrant, I did not think it was real. Never seen lavender like this, ever. I purchased it immediately and keep one bouquet by my desk and another in my car so I can always smell it, even now. It is instant aromatherapy, it makes me feel so good. Customer service by manager Gloria was outstanding. Can’t wait to revisit this classy upscale store again.

Between this Pentagon City Fashion Centre store and the one at Union Station, I have my home in DC and my ski condo outfitted with non-​irritating, organic, animal cruelty-​free products for the bath and skin. They do have an outstanding selection of men’s products too, my favorites being the lavender and the Eau des Baux shower gel. Both are manly, not overtly sweet, and are outstanding for the skin.
The staff is knowledgeable and savvy, they know how to get the customer interested in buying new stuff. Usually when I go there, I end up getting several of the one-​use demos and get others hooked on this outstanding product.
