The price was not worth the service. Not only were they more expensive compared to other salons in the area, the service was awful. I asked for spa pedicure with a French tip. The tips were all uneven and The top coat was dull by the time ugly home. I will never step foot here, again. No Pun intended.

Worst pedicure ever… thick gloppy polish outside of the lines of my nails. When he did the final gel wipe down, the polish peeled off of one toe and he had to start over after he had already taken over an hour. Worst nail job I’ve ever had.

If I’d read the reviews before going here for the first time I’d’ve missed out on what is now my go-to place for pedicures. Excellent service and technicians actually speak to you. I’ve been very happy with the quality — both in callous removal and leg/foot massage. No pressure EVER to up sell.

Misty is the manager of Legacy now and doing a GREAT job. I had quit coming to this salon for about 6 months because it had gotten so bad. I usually get a pedicure nails and waxing, they are doing a great job on all.

Prompt and efficient service. I have gone twice with no appointment & been helped immediately. They look unassuming from the street, but inside is an impressive space. I counted ten manicure stations and eighteen pedi stations. Calming music, free beverages, and a wonderful Tuscan décor welcome you in. They seem to have a good sized staff to keep the business flowing… on two visits I have not seen a patron have to wait more than a couple of minutes. Also, Sunday hours are important to me because of my work schedule & they are currently open 12−6pm. Most importantly, they do fine work. Prices are right where I expected them, and yet this looks like a luxury spa.

Absolutely awful. The service wasn’t good. The lady who did my nails didn’t even put a base coat on. When she filed them, they had jagged edges and were already chipping. She proceeded with the polish. I asked her to fix the filing. She was not successful. My nail color chipped off not even 48 hours later. I will not be returning.

Originally I found the service excellent and the staff friendly. Since then, my last 3 visits have been disappointing. The owner has been rude to my sister and friends that I hade referred. The employees keep leaving. My eyebrows were unevenly waxed. The margaritas are flat. I don’t see this business remaining open.

Had a pedicure and honestly, I could have applied polish better myself without my glasses! The massage was nice but let’s face it, you’re there to have your toes looking nice when you leave. I need to have them done already and it’s just the next day. Color is uneven and polish is on my skin. There are missing spots too! Will never go back.

I’ve been before but, this time I had to write a review! Legacy Nails and Spa is amazing! Misty is running this place so well and totally hooked up my brows as usual. She kindly convinced me to get the shellac nails and I did it because I never get fake nails. In my line of work, I can’t afford breaking nails. Anyway, lovely Kimberly was brand new and helped me pick out my color! She nailed it! Lol! No pun intended. Now I’m sitting here getting a peppermint Pedicure while sipping on a glass of red wine, receiving an amazing chair massage and getting my toes done! Heaven sits here! I’ll come here on every occasion. Totally relaxing and worth every penny! Not to mention the place is super clean, a delight to look at, the music is perfect, and everyone wears a smile. I love it!!!

Will not be returning here. I had a horrible experience with the girls in here when I asked to have my solar nails removed. They were rude and disrespectful. Unless you plan to get the deluxe everything, they treat you like you are trash. Even the manager that was in charge was very rude.

I don’t have time to get pedicures very often, so when I do it’s a real treat. I’ve been to several places in southwest Arlington and Legacy has some of the best prices around. The décor is nice and the have massaging chairs and televisions to watch. They also give you a beverage to drink while you’re there. Most of my pedicures have been great here. There is one older lady that is pretty rough, but I can’t remember her name. I have received a manicure once and it was nice, although not something that I personally will get again. Several of my friends have their nails filled there. There is never a wait and plenty of chairs so if you go with a friend or two you can all get your pedis at the same time. The artwork I get on my toes is usually top notch! I never feel like they are rushing to get me out while I’m there. Funny thing last time I was there a worker was napping in one of the massage chairs… kind of strange! Overall I recommend Legacy to friends.
