Kinematics Personal Training, LLC («KPT») provides personal physical fitness training on a one to one (or in some cases to small groups) basis to help you reach a better-feeling, healthier state. We train new comers to exercise as well as high-level performers.
Our sessions develop around your progress toward your goals. We rely heavily on verbal feedback and non-verbal cues that we are trained to see in your motions during sessions. In addition to physical training, we educate you in how to develop proper kinematic motions that allow you to access your full potential, with an emphasis on erasing the detrimental effects of inactivity and sedentary desk jobs on body function. We teach you how to use natural motions to limit stress on joints.
We only develop exercise plans at an intensity level where you are safe and comfortable. Exercises are designed to isolate specific muscles and not waste time or energy during sessions. Many clients see substantial improvements in as few as two weeks of sessions.
No matter how much or how little you have been exercising prior to contacting us, we can develop a training regimen tailored to safely get you back to an active, healthy lifestyle.
We aim to keep all aspects of training as simple as possible from our initial assessment through developing a training schedule that is right for you.
