Great place to drop off for a quick date night dinner! My kids 4 and 2 beg to go there ;) Happy kids, happy mama, happy hubby.

Been using this place for years, since it was recommended by a coworker. The staff is always pleasant and my kids always have a great time.

Excellent experience and child already for another visit. My child explained stayed full of activities and slept on the way home after being there for 4.5 hours. Thanks to the staff.

I’m a first time Mother and I have not spent one day away from my daughter since she was born. Part of that is my family is about 45 minutes from me, and the other is I never want to be away from her. I’m extremely hands on with her and I don’t mind that at all. I heard about Kids Park from Moms in a group I’m in on Facebook, and Heather offered the group a waived registration fee so I finally took my daughter.
My husband and I walked in and immediately I knew she’d be fine. There were TONS of toys for her to play with, a play area with a slide (I knew they’d never get her off of that lol), and more. They put her name on her back before I even finished the paperwork and let her in. Right away, they took all the pre-​schoolers into a room to dance to The Wiggles and I will admit, I had tears in my eyes knowing my baby was getting bigger. While they had the preschoolers dancing, they had the older kids doing other things but they were careful that my daughter was never hurt or bothered by them. They didn’t even start the clock until I handed the paperwork back. My daughter was never left alone (far as I saw) and we walked out.
We stayed in the shopping area the entire hour, mostly because we had nothing else to do lol. When we came back, they were carrying her out of the snack area and they said she just wasn’t eating so they were bringing her back out to play. Once they handed her to us we smelled that she needed her diaper changed. I asked if I could step back and do it and instead they took care of her for me! I was a little confused as to why they didn’t change her (You could definitely smell that she needed it) but I figured if it just happened how would they have known?
Everyone was so nice and understanding, saying they were used to seeing Moms as emotional as me and it was «harder on the Moms than the kids to say goodbye». I’ll be bringing her back soon, and I think it’ll be great for her. I am not putting her in the preschool program though simply because what they’re going over, shes already too advanced for it.

No complaints. My children love to come here while my husband I do date nights or even when I’m hanging solo. My girls enjoy every moment and never want to leave when it’s time to go. I can do what I need or want to do, CHILD FREE, with confidence that they are safe and sound.

Update: 5 years later and I’m still taking my kids, which include a new addition since my first review, to Kids Park. They are still priced right and even offer a discount every time just for having your kids wear a Kids Park T-​Shirt. My kids always beg to stay a little bit longer.
I read the bad reviews and I have to say, in my opinion, Kids Park has handled those situations extremely professionally and they responded very respectfully to the public complaints.
The people that run and work at this place are extremely good with kids and do their best to accommodate everyone. If you have a problem child, it’s not their fault.
Take those reviews with a grain of salt and trust a dad with 2 «fragile» girls, 4 & 7, who have never once come home sad from Kids Park.

We love Kidspark and all the teachers! They all know my child by name and take amazing care of him. The staff has not changed in the year & a half since I’ve been taking him. It is such a fun place for kids. They have a wonderful preschool program and my son learns something new almost every time I take him. They are always doing fun crafts and games. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. I recommend it to everyone I know. Besides grandparents (who live in another state), no one else cares for my child. I trust them and don’t ever worry about his care when he’s there. We LOVE Kidspark and all the sweet teachers!

We began taking our son there almost three years ago, he can be tough to handle and we sought help and found he had a disability, We referred probably 25 to 30 people and spent a great deal of money there as well. (in the thousands) They have three staff members that are great and love our son.
Unfortunately the director does not like him and has made it her personal vendetta to insure that anytime there is an issue he is to blame. She has been ruthless in her dealings with him and has no tolerance for most kids, she clearly went out of her way to make his time there difficult. We have seen her roll her eyes at him and treats him very poorly she clearly should not be working with children.
They are not at all equipped to take care of children with special needs and when they found out the director made it even worse. While there is an owner, she seems to go buy whatever is said by others, They do not make any reasonable adjustments for kids with adhd, spd etc
They allow close to 60 to 70 kids in what looks like an 800 – 900 square foot location. Clearly to many kids for the size, but hey at 7.50 per hour pack em in and let them go crazy (except the children with disabilities)
We are very disappointed with the treatment of our son, we are saddened by there lack of compassion, stability and overall management. They clearly have no regard for special needs kids at all. We were told not to bring him there in the morning because he cannot sit still (a five year old disabled kid)
My wife made a decision to break ties there but lashing out at the director and then calling me it was the right thing to do. We told our son he would not be attending any more and he had the following to say.: I never got to tell them how much I care about them“
Clearly the child got it right, caring is what is most important in this field and they do not.
Update:
After reading the review of the owner our son did not hurt another child. In fact if you read the BBB site you will see another complaint from another parent very similar in fact identical to this one. it is the POLICY OF THIS PLACE to state a child has «attacked» someone when they do not want to properly supervise. The complaint on the BBB site shows a 4 YEAR OLD GIrl attacking someone. Our son was KICKED ON THE GROUND and the child that did it was left to stay… He was attacked!
The director of this facility cannot properly supervise the kids and she blames the kids for her inability to manage 5 year olds. We now realize that it was never our son as he has had ZERO COMPLAINTS IN CHURCH, OR OTHER PLACES WE TAKE HIM.
Quit blaming the kids for your directors lack of compassion and patience with kids. That is just pathetic, I am going to say this … you have THREE INCREDIBLE EMPLOYEES THAT CARE ABOUT OUR SON. You should promote one of them as they clearly know how to care for kids,. Your director is horrible.
Your total square footage is 2000 that includes — bathrooms, counter space, office, lobby, walls, the play area is not 2000 sq ft.

I’m a single mom and just moved back to Dallas about two years ago, I was working and pursuing an MBA when I found the kidspark! What a lifesaver! I could drop my kid off and do my homework in peace and he would be TIRED and go straight to bed. I was able to finish my masters because I found kids park. IF my son had an injury or something I would be verbally told by the staff (I think most know Julian) or when he acted out I was told as well. Whenever I want a date night it’s really convenient to drop my son off here and go somewhere nearby. The staff is always friendly and because my son is a military dependent and I’m a government employee we get a discount! The hours are great. I too would like to have the arts and crafts my son makes if any and if I pay for food and he doesn’t eat it all, I would like to bring it with me but those are minor issues that wouldn’t prevent me from bringing my son back. He loves it, it’s safe, and I’m comfortable knowing he’s there and enjoying it. In fact he will e there Sunday morning as I have a business function to go to. This place is a parents peace of mind.

Mommy’s new BFF! If I need to run an errand, make an appointment, or just some «me» time, I don’t worry because we have discovered KidsPark.
Beth and her staff are always friendly and engaging. The girls love going and have been known to cry when time to leave. At least they leave with artwork to remember their visit along with a new pair of socks and a full belly from the pizza party.
Always money well spent!

As a longtime customer of this location, I have seen it change from a place that I would take my child to a place that I will completely avoid. The facility looks great, and kids definitely have fun. However, it all comes with a risk. I think that older kids may do well since they are able to actually make choices about who to play with and how to play. Younger kids, though, are certainly at a risk for injury. My own child was injured, and I was not given documentation that I have received for a similiar injury at another childcare facility. While it may not be a legal requirement to provide documentation for this type of injury, parents certainly like to receive it; especially since I ended up taking my child to the doctor where the wound was treated and we were given a prescription to help treat the injury!
In addition, I have watched children open the door to the lobby area. There were times that I communicated concerns, but they were not addressed to my satisfaction. I certainly understand that the concept is to let children play as they wish; but, in my opinion, they should be monitored more closely to do so safely. In addition, I was told several times that t.v. watching would be monitored, and it certainly was not in my experience. Since the facility advertises that children will be engaged in crafts, I also looked for one. However, there were many, many times that my child came home without a craft and explained that the majority of the time had been spent watching t.v.
I really think it’s important for parents to be exposed to multiple experiences with this facility. Also, be sure to research them through the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. It’s really easy; you can do this online. They have had multiple deficiencies in the past two years. Parents should certainly speak with the owners and staff, make visits, and speak to other parents; however, the only objective resource is the licensing report. The best to your family, parents!
