Katie is patient, it took us more than 10 months to find and like a place but she stood by us and didn’t push us into purchases with which we didn’t feel comfortable and confident. We would recommend her to anyone who would like to find and settle into a new home in this tough and complicated market for buyers as is the DC and Northern Virginia real estate market. She also helped us with finding a good home inspector and an excellent finance person. We couldn’t have done it without her and her team at KW, and her contacts. A+++!

Katie is a great realtor. I met her through friend and she has now helped several friends buy their first homes. I loved that Katie was never pushy but honest in her opinions and gave me enough information to make the best decision for me. She was always great with communication and helpful in finding other ways for me to see places if she wasn’t available last minute. I trusted her opinion and I appreciated that whenever I put in offers for places I could trust that everything would be done in a timely manner and without mistakes. I highly recommend Katie. She is kind, thoughtful and great at her job.

Ryan is a great guy, got his job done, was enthusiastic, accommodating and forthcoming. He was eager to deliver excellent service and was open to all types our odd requests:
1) buying a place with sights unseen. He provided excellent commentary on the condition of the place and facilitated all necessary steps to get things done despite us not being physically around.
2) on the day of final walk through, he even agreed to shuttle my family from our temporary stay to the new house, enduring our two screaming hungry toddlers for one hour long EACH WAY (!!!) Realize that he probably had already gotten his commission and had no obligations to us and thus, could have just left us stranded on I-​66, when one of the toddler decided she need to pee NOW.
He prevailed and kept checking back with us to see if we needed help with new place, move-​in, etc.
There are probably a lot of agents out there but I would definitely give him a try. His approach and his easy going attitude will put you at ease when it comes to making such a life-​changing decision.

I recently worked with Ryan to find a new apartment in the Arlington, VA area. My experience with him couldn’t have been better! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and was quick to respond via phone call/​text/​email. Ryan handled all the necessary paperwork quickly and made the process so easy for me. I have already recommended him to a friend moving to the area in the next month. Working with Ryan took the stress out of finding a new apartment, and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

I met Ryan through my brother who is also an real estate agent himself. Ryan was extremely easy to work with right off the bat. He was flexible with my schedule and made himself available whenever I needed to chat. The man is always on call!
We toured nearly 10 places in one day because we didn’t have more than a day to tour. All of the places Ryan showed us matched our criteria.
When we finally decided on a place, Ryan swiftly put the paperwork together and did some wheeling and dealing to get us a great deal. The paperwork was complicated at times and Ryan walked us through it. Without Ryan our apartment hunting experience would have not been nearly as easy.
You can go on Craigslist and search around the internet for days but I’d suggest just going with Ryan. He’ll find you the perfect place for FREE!!! I promise you, this guy is the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. I’ll be calling Ryan every time I’m ready to find a new place.

Ryan made our relocation from New Hampshire a lot less stressful. His knowledge of the area was extensive and extremely helpful. We were confident in his advice and he found a great spot for us in the school district our kids can thrive in. He is patient and a super hard worker. Ryan took the time to preview areas with us, checking out parks and commute times to the Metro. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Ryan and we plan to work with him in the future. He’s also fun to be around which makes the process of moving a bit easier to take!

Five stars! Katie sold our Rosslyn condo. From start to finish, she made the process as smooth as possible. I found Katie via positive reviews on the web, and when I called at 9 a.m. sharp on a Monday, she answered right away — I knew I was in good hands. She is everything we needed in a realtor: knowledgeable, engaging, forward-​moving in getting our property «out» there and following up on leads, and prompt with every communication and meeting. She compiled an extensive list of comps, and created projections of what we could expect depending upon what we chose as our list price. Not only that, but Katie’s creativity in having the condo beautifully staged was key in getting people in the door and ultimately charming our buyer (we went to closing only about 2 months after going on the market! Woo hoo!!). Katie is also one of the nicest, most genuine folks we’ve met. Selling one’s place can be a nightmare, but Katie made it an experience we’ll always feel good about.

Katie sold our old house for us. We had already bought a new one, so we needed to sell the old one fast. When we met with Katie for the first time, she had lots of data and gave us three different price points to choose from (based on her research). We chose one of the lower points hoping that it would sell fast — Katie pinned the market perfectly, our house sold (with multiple offers) in under a week.
We also needed to upgrade the bathroom before we sold — Katie brought in a stager to help with reasonably priced suggestions, she also met with the handyman with us. She even helped us pick out fixtures at Home Depot. Basically, she was there for every step of the process, both helping us make decisions and assuring that we met deadlines. I could not have asked for a better realtor, I HIGHLY recommend working with her.
