I opened my coaching practice in May 2014 while working towards my certification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I’m now recognized as a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner.

Business Owner

I was born and raised in Florida and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and minor in Sociology from the University of Florida. I started my own coaching practice in 2014 while working towards my certification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and maintaining a full-​time Corporate job.

I’m currently recognized as a Certified Professional Coach, an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner, and a member of the International Coach Federation. I now focus solely on my private practice which includes coaching individuals and Corporate clients.
