I’ve been going here for many years for both dry cleaning and alterations, and they are terrific. I buy a lot of clothing at consignment stores that frequently need some tweaking such as hemming or repair and always bring everything here. Top-notch tailoring. There is nothing they can’t do. The wife always greets me by name, is incredibly nice, and always has things ready even when I ask if she can do the work in a hurry(which I do frequently). Not cheap, but totally worth the price.

Been going here for a couple of years now. They do a good job and are able to press my military shirts w/o running them(I had a bad experience with a nearby place in this regard). The husband and wife that run the place are very friendly. Their prices for suit dry cleaning are a little higher than nearby places, so I usually take those elsewhere.

We had been going to Jin’s for years. They did a decent job on dry cleaning and some tailoring. Last week we went to pick up shirts and one was damage. A very obvious tear in the shoulder of a pretty new shirt. They said it wasn’t their fault and had never ever damaged a piece of clothing. They said the shirt was cheap and could have ripped when they added the starch. No sympathy at all. We are looking for a new dry cleaners.

Fantastic drycleaning/tailoring. Never any issues with our drycleaning, and her tailoring work has been excellent as well. Customer service is fantastic — Jin knows all of her customers(and their drycleaning preferences), and unless there’s a line she often sees me getting out of my car and has my drycleaning waiting for me when I get inside. Plus when I was coming in with my infant, she or someone else there would always carry my drycleaning to my car so I wouldn’t have to juggle clothes and the baby.

I’ve been going to Jin’s for several years. I think the owners are wonderful, however, I’ve given them lower marks because of their exorbitant prices and hesitancy to work out stains in delicate fabrics. I feel like they are too conservative with stains and will give up trying to remove stains because they don’t want to be held liable for damaging the item. I’ve also gotten a number of pieces altered with Mrs. Jin. Her tailoring skills are above average — I’ve had a few hems she’s stitched come out soon thereafter, and some fabrics she is not as good in handling(silk, satin) — she caused one dress(a teal satin bridesmaid dress) to pucker extensively because the stitching wasn’t done well. There wasn’t enough time for her to fix it before the wedding. The quality of tailoring coupled with their extremely high prices is what continuously chips away at my loyalty to them — what is typically a $ 40 alteration job at other professional tailors, Jin’s will charge about $ 100 for a dress(a simple pant hem will cost $ 20 at Jin’s, where at other places, it costs $ 12 – 15). I’ve already begun going to another professional tailor in Arlington for all alterations.

These people are incredibly nice(and I have no idea how they got taco sauce out of an ivory silk shirt!). Whenever I go in with my son, one of the owners carries all our dry cleaning out to my car. Customer service at its finest!
