While I don’t have a lot of experience with dry cleaning, just the occasional dress every few months, I’m a big fan of J&D Cleaners in Arlington — a mom and pop type business with a small storefront located right on Mass Ave. with ample parking They always seem to be open every time I pop in see if my garments are ready, they offer some of the lowest pricing in town, the staff/owners have always attended to me as soon as I walk through the door, and my dresses/suits come back looking almost new. Cheerful, cheap, and consistent with the high quality of their work.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They do a great job at a reasonable cost. They’re also very thorough, and even hemmed a pair of pants and replaced buttons on a suit jacket at no extra charge (I had forgotten to ask them for this service — they just did it because they noticed it needed to be done). Very friendly, excellent service. I highly recommend them.

I HIGHLY recommend this drycleaner… the owners are so friendly, the prices so reasonable & I’m telling you the last time I brought a pair of suit pants into get cleaned with a loose hem, i got them back sparkling clean & the hem was tight and I never asked for them to be fixed. Cmon, that is service!!!

great place, very helpful, courteous and reasonably price. had alteration done, dry cleaning, reasonable fee was picked up by my girlfriend calling in her cc info fro NYC. no issues, very smooth. new loyal customer.
they are just over Arlington line on Mass ave coming from cambridge, left side of street, easy parking.

Not only is this cleaner conveniently located but they do an amazing job at a very low cost. I needed to get a pair of suit pants hemmed for an interview and they were able to do it with in a matter of days! Dropped off Thursday and picked up Saturday! At only $ 12 I was ecstatic! I used to get my pants hemmed at a popular chain cleaner at $ 20 a pop! And it would take them a week to get done. J&D has my vote!
