Really the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I paid $ 86 for the worst quality French pedi. The older lady had to keep redoing it because she was putting clear top coat on top of the wet white tips so the clear polish had streaks of white in it. My new solar set was horrible too. A different lady was putting on my new set and even glued a nail on the side of my finger accidentally and ripped it off quickly which wasn’t pleasant to say the least. I had super glue all over the finger! I know that she didn’t know what she was doing nor do I think she actually has a license because when she was trying to rush the acrylic to dry, she let it harden up too much and was scraping the acrylic off with the tool, and continually pinching my skin! It was almost a 3 hour experience with two ladies working on me at once and I was one out of 2 customers! The manager Tiffany, was very kind however and tried to offer her services to fix the shotty job, but I just wanted to get away from that place asap and never go back. All in all, this place is not worth the money ATALL, and please be warned!

Nice décor and environment. But they said they could do marble nail design so I allowed them & they couldn’t. The old bait & switch. They said it was the colors I choose, excuse me? Provide suggestions they are the professionals not to mention my cuticles were bleeding, won’t be back.

Very nice place. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon so I’m not surprised by the wait. The nail technician and staff were very friendly, and this place I very clean. To top it off they serve you wine as you get your nails done. Amazingly relaxing. I would definitely recommend the green tea pedicure.

Before I comment on this place, let me start by saying I did not receive service from here because I left. However, I walked in here with my daughter to get pedicures. We came in after they opened. We were told they would do one of ours and get to the other in maybe 30 minutes. Really? I came in with someone, why would you not do it together? And why are you understaffed when your store is open already? I might give this place another try and then update my review later. Seems unprofessional.

Been coming here for for years. They can’t be beat! Friendly, professional staff who always do a great job. I’ve tried other salons, but none compare.

I bought a Groupon for this salon as it is not one of my normal salons. However, I am always open to new places. However, after this experience, I will never go back. My groupon was for a kiwi cucumber pedicure and a shellac manicure. The pedicure was ok, not great. However, they never asked if I wanted a beverage — I had to ask what they had and they simply brought me a bottle of water. Not a big deal, but not very customer friendly. While I am trying to relax, another lady started filing and wrapping my nails to get the old shellac off. That’s fine and I’m ok with saving time. She filed them once, then another young guy came over and refiled the top of them again still while I was in the pedi chair. When Pedi was over I walked over to his station where he REFILED the top of them a third time. I already have very thin nails and I was concerned if I would have any nail left. He never soaked my fingers and cut my cuticles and just started putting on the polish. When I gently asked about doing my cuticles he said they don’t do that. WHAT? Cuticle removal isn’t included in a manicure? Since when? This guy was incredibly inexperienced and took 1.25 hours just to put the polish on and bake them. Slow wasn’t the word. Then after he finished all the polish(thank God!), he started filing the ends and sides of them! I asked what he was doing and he just yanked my hand and kept on. Weird, now there is no polish on the ends. The final thing that infuriated me was that when I left(after 2 hours !) the lady informed me I owe $ 10. When I questioned why she informed me it was for shellac removal(which is always included in my previous shellac manicures.) No tip for them and my tip to you is DON’T GOTHERE — THEYNICKLEANDDIMEYOUFOREVERYTHINGANDUSEINEXPERIENCEDMANICURISTS.

Icon Salon is a THE place to get everything done. They offer manicures to pedicures to waxing and haircuts. The atmosphere and staff are very welcoming. I was referred here from a friend when I was needing a place to go get my eyebrows waxed because the last place I went to waxed them crooked. Mary waxed them to exactly the way I had told her I wanted. I went back a couple of days later to get a pedi/mani. It was very relaxing. Ask for Tiffany if you want awesome nail designs. You receive VIP treatment here without having to pay the absurd spa/salon prices at some places. I highly recommend Icon Salon.

I’ve been going to Icon Nail Spa since it opened and I will never be able to go anywhere else. They’re the cleanest and nicest nail salon I have ever been to and they have the biggest variety of services. Their staff is always so friendly and helpful and they’re really good at what they do. I highly recommend going to Icon if you’re looking for a place to truly pamper yourself.

Okay I was here with a friend and the girl that did my pedi took 30 mins to get to me… My friend was almost done with hers when I was just getting started! She rushed through my pedi! she didnt cover my whole toe… it was sloppy! how can you do nails if you dont paint and cover the whole toe??? I wasnt relax at all and it was kind of expensive for the service… I paid 40 bucks with just a regular scrub and paint… nothing special… other places charge around 25 for the same service so I wont be going back here…
