These people are the best. Honesty at its best. They know how to fix your car the right way. Best service reps I have ever dealt with.

I bought my Mazda in Ohio before I moved to Texas. The staff at Hiley is very friendly and welcoming. Everyone is knowledgable and offers help. However, I just cannot get passed how long it takes to get your car serviced here. I came in for routine maintenance about a year ago and decided to never come back. A simple oil change is over an hour. Add in a circle inspection and now it’s over 2 hours.
Unfortunately, I was having problems with the tech package in my car. If it wasn’t for that, I wouldn’t have come back. Truthfully I should’ve tried a different location. Anyway, I made an appointment to get the routine maintenance on top of having someone look at the electrical problems. I’m the fourth car in line to be seen… WITH an appointment (on a Tuesday). What’s the point in making an appointment when your car isn’t seen at that time? I swear they’re worse than the doctor’s office. I’ve now waited over 2.5 hours without any updates. After today, I officially won’t come back here. I’d rather drive an hour out of my way to another location than waste hours and hours sitting here.
If you do decide to come here for servicing, expect an all day event. I’d suggest having someone else drive so you can leave and come back in a few hours.

Went in an bought a new 2016 Mazda 6 with the help of Shawn Cross. He was able to find something for me even though I was picky and very difficult. Thanks again Team for the hospitality and the level of service that was provided today. You guys rock and I’m letting all my friends know that this is where they need to go for a new car!

I live in Austin and found Hiley Mazda because they are a Costco-​affiliated Mazda dealership. When I called, I talked to Quincy Martin and told him exactly the car I wanted — model, color, trim level, options, etc. As it turns out, there were 3 cars in the entire country that fit my needs, and Quincy brought one in from Oklahoma for ME! Talk about customer service! I can’t say enough nice things about Quincy and the staff at Hiley Mazda. Excellent experience from start to finish, and that’s not an easy thing to say about buying a car! Quincy, you are the best, and take care of that baby girl when she arrives!

So I submitted a request on true car, Quincy called me within the first 15 seconds, I was very, very shocked. Once I came in he honored the price that true car offered. He made everything fun, fast and easy. they had to go out and get the car because they didn’t have the color I wanted but they had it within 48 hours. He was amazing!

From start to finish, our experience at Hiley Mazda was great. Keith Patton was our Sales Representative. He worked with his Sales Manager and the General Manager to give match a price that we found at another dealership. Keith treated my son, as though he was his own son, making his first new car purchase. He even threw in a cargo mat that he really needed. Kathy, who handles all the paperwork, was also great to work with. Need a Mazda, call Hiley, ask for Keith and tell him Tina sent you! :)

Went to buy a used Jeep and was not happy with it, the management service was amazing and was able to find the perfect car for me. Made the first time buying experience an easy process. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle free process!

I live in Dallas and ALWAYS drive back here to have my car serviced. I bought my CX-​5 here last year and previously owned a Mazda Tribute from the same dealership. I’ve been a Mazda owner since 2005 and this dealership is fantastic with customer service. They are honest and never try and trick me into getting things done that aren’t necessary.
My last experience was with Tim in the services department. He took care of everything for me, I had to wait a while but he found an oil leak right before I left and made sure it was fixed before I drove away.

The people that are scared to take their car to a dealership have obviously never been to Hiley Mazda. The service department is top notch and Clayton & Shane are Amazing.
Whether I’ve brought parts of my own, or used the parts they have on hand, the quality of the work they do shines through. The best part the price is always fair. This is just one mans opinion, but I’ll take whatever I’m driving to these guys. Who needs a local garage when you’ve got Hiley Mazda Service on your side.

My husband and I went here to just «look» at used cars. They had a great selection of cars. The salesman who approached us was very friendly and listened carefully to everything that we were looking for in a vehicle and he delivered! The showroom was clean and they made the sales process easy. We did purchase a used vehicle there, and that whole process went very smoothly. I’m sure we will be going back when we need to replace our other vehicle.

Went in to look at a CX-​7. It was one of 3 places I called to ask for a quote. The other two places were either pushy or apathetic about the prices quoted. The apathetic one didn’t care one way or the other about negotiation when I mentioned that we would be paying entirely with cash up-​front. The second place had a really greasy feeling over the phone. You know it’s bad when you can feel the sleaze oozing through the earpiece of your phone. So it was just Hiley. They gave us a pretty decent price and they weren’t overly pushy. I’d consider buying from them again. This is our first Mazda.

I bought a Mazda 3 last week and had a great experience. I recommend you do your homework online then get a hold of Jessica Slayter their Internet sales manager and come with a reasonable offer. Do not be afraid to shop around the price but give Hiley a chance to beat the price. No deal is done till you drive off the lot. Be willing to walk away at any time and remember that you can always get a different car. Jessica was pleasant and personable to deal with and to the point. Very happy with the price and car.

If I could give this place a no-​star rating, I would. I took my Mazda 6 wagon in because of noise in my front end. I was told that I needed $ 2,500 of work done to the vehicle. They stated that all of the ball joints in the front end needed replacement. Me, being not the dumbest person in the world, took the vehicle for a second opinion. After a $ 300 wheel bearing replacement, I was on my way again with a quiet vehicle. Hiley Mazda should be ashamed of themselves.
