High Tech Transmission Specialists

On my daughter’s move to Arlington from Ohio, the car started to make a horrible noise. I looked for an auto repair close by and found High Tech Transmission. They were WONDERFUL! It is a holiday week, they told me I could bring the car right over and they would check it out for me. They diagnosed the problem for me quickly and squeezed me into their busy schedule when they found out we had no other transportation. One of the mechanics even dropped us off at the apartment complex while they got the car fixed. They were kind, explained thoroughly what the problem was and what it would cost before they did anything. If we have any other car issues, I will be calling them first.

This place was recommended to me by Advanced Tire & Auto Service, another car shop that has done excellent work for me in the past. However, they don’t do transmission stuff, so I was referred to High Tech Transmission Specialists. A mechanic there described to me as the only transmission shop he trusts, and that they do good, honest work.
And he wasn’t kidding.
This business is run with integrity, honesty, and with an intent focus on outstanding customer service. When you talk to Steve or any of the other guys there, you can tell what they’re about. Where most shops will (understandably) try to avoid responsibility, High Tech embraces it. They put people first and go the extra mile. Without exaggeration, this place is worth the trip from anywhere in DFW if you need transmission work done or just want to see what next-​level customer service looks like.
When you go here, you will be completely taken care of. They will charge fairly for their services, and then they will completely take ownership of their work. You will not be disappointed. I will be enthusiastically recommending High Tech to anyone I come across who is unfortunate enough to have transmission trouble in the future.

I brought my vehicle in last week because my friend told me that high tech was the best in Arlington. I had recently taken it to another shop and they wanted 2,000 dollars to fix it. So I just took it home and parked it. I don’t have an extra 2,000 dollars just laying around!!! Well, that’s when my friend told me to take it up to high tech and talk to Steve. I am soooooooooooo glad that I did too. It wasn’t shifting because it had bad wiring going to the shift solenoids. He had it fixed the same day and total cost was 180 bucks! That’s what I call honesty!!! I recommend everyone to go see Steve. They also do minor mechanical work too and if they can’t fix it they know someone honest who can, so from now on if I have any issues with my cars I go see Steve and his crew at High Tech Transmissions.
