Established in 1964.
Herman Boswell began his career as a broker in 1964. His dedication, hard work, honesty, and ethics combined with surrounding himself with like associates, created a thriving business and a sterling reputation. IN 1984 he realized the need for a property management company to professionally manage properties. The Herman Boswell Property Management division of his company came into existence as a result.
Today, our company has a portfolio of over 900 properties in DFW with most of them in the Arlington area. Because of our well-established guidelines for successful leasing, our eviction rate and percentage of vacancies per month is extremely low.
The success of our company lies greatly with our property managers. They are committed to developing working relationships with owners as well as tenants. As agents for our owners, They must relay the expectations of the owners to the tenants and then make sure that this is carried out on a daily basis.

Following in his fathers footsteps, Jerry became a real estate broker and helped his father grow his business with hard work and dedication.
Seeing the need for property managers in the Arlington area, Jerry spearheaded the property management division of Herman Boswell Realty.
The company portfolio has grown to almost 1000 properties under his leadership. He has continued Herman’s vision of a reputable business founded on honesty and a commitment to a job well done.
