Green Machine for Happy Grass

DO NOT USE GREEN MACHINE… Absolutely would not recommend them! Do not be fooled, my yard looks worse now than ever. I’ve been using their service for over 2 years, more weeds today they 2 years ago. I called Jim Lira and asked if he would come by and take a look at my yard to see what we needed to do to kill off these weeds. No intention of firing them or asking for anything free just asking for him to take a look. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only did he yell at me because I haven’t mowed my yard yet this year (it doesn’t need it) he told me to read the Fort Worth Star Telegram and follow Neal Sperry’s article for weed control. Hello — that’s what I pay you for but no more! Disrespectful, lousy on the phone, says its all the snow and rain not his weed control program. NO KIDDING, is my neighbor getting less snow and rain than me? So basically after getting yelled at and given every excuse why he isn’t going to come out he told me to take pictures and text them to his cell phone and he will tell me what to do about it. I’ve had enough — listening to Jim Lira talk in an unprofessional tone I fired him. Its not worth the savings to go with a low cost service provider, all I got was weeds in my yard and yelled at for asking someone to come look at my yard and recommend next steps.

I’ve been using their services for about two years now and I can’t thank them enough! At first I tried to manage my yard by myself but I always had various weed issues. In addition to that, I always had to buy two types of chemicals because I have St. Augustine in the front and Bermuda in the back.
After two years my yard is weed free and people tell me that I have the softest grass in Texas! Thank you green machine!
