I’ve been going to Dr. Frank for 7 years. He has always been amazing. He is quick and to the point but good at what he does. He may not be good with families (like people say below) but I’ve never had my family involved, since my issues are simple learning disabilities. He has never seemed to look down on me or anyone. He definitely cares and is respectful of your time. I would rather have a doctor know what he is doing than listen to things. I recommend him highly!

I could have written the review by Elizabeth W, except I never met with him. We did have some phone conversations in which he made it clear that he didn’t like the family member he was «treating.» He seemed to view mental illness as a character flaw and criticized the patient for the issues that were due to the illness. He also divulged information to me without the consent of the patient.

My husband saw Dr. frank for four years. His appointments were 10 minutes long and I let him take care of it. When he was in real bad shape, I took him to his appointments along with my children. We found Dr. Frank short with us, and unwilling to listen. He did not return phone calls. He released my husband from the hospital when he was not ready. We found a different Dr. who was willing to listen to what was happening, and we got help from him. He also gave him a different diagnosis.
My children and I felt like Dr Frank is in it only for the money. I’m sure he has difficult patients, but that is the field he went into. I think he has a little ego problem.
