Good service received to fix my water damaged cell phone. I had taken it to another shop previously and they couldn’t fix it. Although not completely repaired I am satisfied with what was done given the circumstances. Will certainly use them again.

Fixed my nearly exploded battery (that was causing my screen to buckle) in 30 minutes. Also checked my iPhone to see if it could be repaired under a recall prior to doing the work. I appreciated the extra step and probably would have skipped the while apple debacle even if it was covered under recall. Fast, effective repair. Highly recommend.

They had my phone quick. In and out. The price was $ 96.34 for my iPhone 5s. However, they looked at my dad’s Android and quoted $ 150. The price of a new one out of China is $ 132. This is a great place for your iPhone and maybe not so much for Android.

The repairs are quick and not too expensive but both times the screen shattered quicker than normal and with little to not trauma to the phone. In fact, just setting it on counter cracked it. I am guessing they use a lower grade of glass to repair and are only slightly cheaper than the apple
Store which uses apple grade quality. Guess third time is a charm and I’ll head to the Apple store or to Hardin where I know they believe in quality.

I can’t say enough good about these guys and the service I received here! I dropped my iPhone 5s in the drink and it appeared to be dead and gone. I brought it here in hopes that something could be done. They gave me no guarantees but said they would do their best. 2 hours later, my water-​logged iPhone was up and running like new. It’s sad that I’ve become so dependent on this device, but it’s good to know these guys are here when I’m not as careful as I should be.

The service is outstanding and quick! They are behind the Boost Mobile by the vape shop. You can’t see their sign from New York, but if you turn into Martin Luther they are directly behind Boost Mobile.
I had a 4s screen fixed and a 4 charging port fixed and they were quick and knowledgable. They guarantee their work and I highly recommend them.

Took my iPhone 5 in today. The volume control wouldn’t work right. You would have to push the button like 50 times to get it to make volume go down. They looked at it and gave me a price. Then, the tech, removed my Otter cover and it worked fine! I REALLY appreciate their honesty! I’ve been here before and they did a fantastic job on an iPad cracked screen too! That was a year ago. This is THE only place I will go for this service!

This was my first experience with a broken/​shattered iPhone screen and when I saw the reviews I knew Fix it Fast Cell Phone Repair was the place to take it.
I got there around 2:30 on Saturday and the girl was very helpful and even made me feel better about my accident. She said it would take about an hour, which I figured wasn’t bad for a Saturday, so I went and ran a couple of errands. When I picked it up it looked great and passed the look and touch tests from my husband who works in IT.
The cost was very reasonable, considering the cost of purchasing a new phone, and it comes with a 60 day warranty. I will definitely be back if I have any more accidents.

Was going to go buy buy a new phone or pay $ 200 and waiting 2 days for a new phone through my insurance. My iPhone 5 was shattered and thought there was no way anyone could fix it. Went in and they fixed it in 1 hour and costed less then getting a new phone or going through the insurance company! It’s like a brand new phone! Highly recommend this place! And

I recently dropped and cracked the screen on my Samsung Note. I needed to get it fixed since my two year contract wasn’t anywhere near being completed and also because the glass pieces had started to fall off the screen so I took it here. They were able to fix it for a good price and within an hour. I was impressed at the time it took for them to replace the screen and they definitely care about restoring your phone so that it has all of it’s original functionality. I would definitely recommend this place to others especially after the fantastic job they did on mine.

They were able to replace the screen in less than 45 minutes and their work includes a 60-​day warranty. The staff was friendly and efficient. Took the wife’s iPhone 4 to this store based on the Unilocal reviews. They did a great job in a very quick amount of time. The front screen was broke and the quote for the job was $ 90. They have a $ 10 coupon on their website so with tax and everything it was just over $ 86. They said it would take about 45 minutes so I walked down the strip shopping center they’re in to grab a bite to eat and by the time I was done and walked back to their store (about 20 minutes) to check on the status they were done! Great work indeed… good as new!
