Scheduled an appointment by phone and accommodated the lady by agreeing to an early time (9am) because she said she had to pick up the kids by 11am. I receive a confirmation and later on a reminder for said appointment. I show up the day of at 8:50 am only to find out she’s not there, after a coworker gets her on the phone, she has the nerve to ask me if I talked to her at all and tells me she can’t make it because she has to pick up her kids at 11am! You gotta be kidding me!!!
