Went here for the first time today they solved a problem for me in no time. I had ordered a Miele canister filter online from somewhere, but what arrived was didn’t fit. I took the filter into Evans today and the nice guy (owner I think) explained I’d been sent an upright filter. He traded them out for me and sent me on my way. You can’t beat customer service like that — he really went above and beyond. I’m glad we decided to take our business to this place. We’ll be back.
