Dr Jay Rana

This was my first visit to Dr. Rana’s office… He is smart and very nice Dr. He asks a lot of questions and make sure he answered all your questions. I highly recommend him and I believe his staff was really friendly and helpful.

Dr Rana himself seems like a nice man, very smart and always very busy. I secured his services for my elderly Mother a few years ago due of the recommendation of a close relative. In the years since I have become increasingly disappointed with his services in that he does not genuinely care about his patients and is more concerned with the quantity of patients he gets as opposed to the quality of care they receive. His office is horrendous, usually messy and always overbooked. His staff are some of the most unreliable and incompetent people I have ever dealt with. They make promises they never keep, they lie and worst of all the patients are treated like they are in a 3^rd world country. Please do yourself a favor and do not go here or allow your friends and family to, they can do better at an Urgent clinic than with these people.
