Discount Tire Store – West Arlington, TX

I took my car to get 2 tires looked at. They were both loosing air and I could see a nail/​screw in the one. When I picked my car up, they had repaired punctures in both tires AND rotated all the tires. I was pleasantly surprised there wasn’t some reason given to try to make me buy at least 1 new tire. When I got my wallet out to pay for the repair, I was told there was no cost! Just to remember them the next time I need tires. You can bet I WILL!

People here are friendly, fast, and professional. I bought a set of car tires here and purchased the additional insurance, I’ve gotten two flats since then and both were fixed for free, as well as a free tire rotation and wheel balance.
Highly recommended!

I was having a very rough morning and not knowing a thing about cars was overwhelmed when trying to figure out what I needed. I arrived with my 3 kids and they were more than helpful! The gentleman that greeted me was so nice and explained everything to me in detail on the computer screen then the manager came over and made sure I understood. I make this my go to place from now on. Customer service is at 100%. We were in and out in less than 45 min.

These guys always do a great job. Very efficient and always friendly. Also great to stop by and just have tire pressure maintained.

An employee greeted me at my car and was both kind and helpful. Their customer service was fantastic, and their prices were quite reasonable. I was helped by Gabe and Brandon. I came in with a flat tire and they would have patched it for free but it was found to be irreparable. I was out in about 30 minutes! I’m never going to Walmart for tires again. With my new tires and my sanity intact, I am one happy customer!

Originally I was going to go the other Discount Tire stores closer to me in Arlington but upon further investigation I found this one with higher reviews.
I drove out of my way to go to this particular store and let me tell you I was not disappointed! Ethan helped me with the best customer service and even gave me his personal opinion on which tire to get.
I had an appointment at 11:30 and was out with four brand new tires at 12:30. If you are ever in the area and need to go to Discount Tire go to this one, you won’t regret it.

Very happy with my experience. Great manners and help all around. I was on a tight budget and they worked with me inside that budget to get two tires. Even with about eight people in front of me I was still out of there inside of forty five minutes, also while I was on an early morning time crunch. I’d recommend these guys to anyone in the area. Try to get there early, they get busy super quick.

Great friendly place. Came right at 8am when they opened and Ethan was the gentlemen who helped me. He was very helpful, informative and friendly and answered any questions or concerns I had.
I always come here to get my air checked in my tires because let’s face it I’m a lady that knows nothing about tires and what needs to be done with them.
But here I always know that Discount Tire the guys have always been nice, accommodating and get’s the job done.
I had to re-​apply for the Discount Tire Credit Card though Synchrony Bank.
I got two tires replaced today and they rotated the back ones to the front. And he also mentioned I can come in between oil changes to get my tires rotated for FREE, yes please!
There was like 4 or 5 people ahead of me and surprisingly enough I was in and out by like 8:50 am.
Hopefully, I won’t be back soon, but ever in the future I will absolutely come back to this location.

The greatness of this place is that you have ongoing service. In an age where most people don’t give a crap anymore about customer service, this place gives you FREE air if you need it. You just pull up and they fill you up. That’s like $ 3 at a gas station and it’s DIY. If you buy tires from these guys, they will rotate your tires, inspect and put a repaired tire back on for you, even if done somewhere else like if you’re out of town and the always inconvenient flat tire happens. And most importantly put the spare back in its place etc. If you are a truck owner this is HUGE as it’s a ROYAL PITA!!! These guys will have my business as long as they stay the way they are… awesome and friendly!!! Thanks a ton Discount Tire!

I have been a happy customer of Discount Tire for a long time.
Today, I went in for a flat and was out the door in 25 minutes for free. There were 8 people ahead of me in line when I first got there.
The place is clean and the staff were friendly.

Always great service. Once could not ask for anything more.

I bring my work truck here b/​c my company bought the tires from here & they will fix flats for free.
However, when I brought my personal truck here to get a flat fixed they said they couldn’t b/​c two nails were on the same spot. They wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars for new tires. Not sounding right, I drove around the corner to another tire shop and they gladly fixed my tire for about $ 20. So of course the shadyness has always made me a little uncomfortable w/​this particular Discount Tire.
I will say that sense that one incident, everytime I have brought my work truck here they have been very friendly & the service has been relatively quick.
