Unfortunately, I hit a string of bad experiences at this specific Discount Tire:
— In October, bought four new tires. My information wasn’t input correctly into the system and so for the next couple months I had to make sure to have my paper invoice on-​hand for service… for whatever reason, this was not resolved on my first visit back and took multiple visits to fix.
— At the end of May, I was given a hard sell for new tires after coming in for a routine rotation. The attendant stated that the tread was low on two of my tires, and that he could give me $ 15 towards the price of new tires. I had just bought the tires in October! Infuriating. I went to the Discount Tire up the street and the service was performed as requested.
I now go to the Discount Tire up the street, but I’d have to think very hard before considering Discount Tire for new tire purchases.

This is the 3rd time I have taken my truck here for a nail in tire and they plugged it with no questions. They did not charge me and did not try to sell me on purchasing new tires. They were upfront and honest. I know a nail in the tire is not a big problem and doesnt take long to fix but its the principle that they do not complain and its just as big of an issue as any other vehicle that was there. Thanks guys.

My girlfriend went in for a flat repair on the drivers front they said it couldn’t be fixed and wanted to sell her a tire they check the air and suddenly the drivers rear was flat the manager refused to put air in it and said that they could not put air in her drivers rear but it had air when it went in but one of the employees let air out. So she called me and I drove up there they ignored me and refused to talk to me and refused to air the back tire thinking that we were trapped in their shop. I drove to the Shell next-​door on the tire being flat and aired up at Shell gas station. nothing was wrong with the drivers rear tire and I’ve been in the tire business for more than 27 years. I truly feel sorry for anybody that does here they are very dishonest people and take advantage of helpless women I would never send my mother my sister, never do Business here again ever! Crooks

I seem to come to this location the most. Mostly, just for my low tire pressure for them to fill up on some air. Why, because even though I’m a grown woman I don’t like to do car things. LOL
Today I stopped in to this busy location about 20 minutes before 6:00 when they close. And they were very helpful and fixed my tire and also rebalanced them? I guess they needed that too so thank goodness I stopped in right on time.
Only downside to this location is getting out when you leave the parking lot because S. Cooper St is ALWAYS busy it seems!

I have used this store for years and even bought the wheels and tires for my suburban there a few years ago. had to replace a tire and when I contacted them about ordering a replacement I was told they could no longer order that size because they had a new system that said the tires were too wide for the wheel. They had no problem selling them to me a couple years ago though. They said I could order 2 of the new sizes and ride around on mismatched tires or, of course, replace all 4. I don’t need 4 and don’t want mismatched tires.
Had to order the tire online and get another shop to throw it on for me. Won’t ever go back to discount tire.

Only got one star cause I had to horrible costumer service I would choose a different location. They took multiple cars before us and we showed up first they told us 45 minutes it’s been 1 hour and still waiting horrible horrible horrible.

Quick service, good rates, clean waiting area, and a good phó shop right next door made this one of the best tire buying experiences I’ve had. They also made a good-​faith effort to haggle with me about a bigger purchase than what I needed but could use. They didn’t pressure me and made a couple concessions to try to make the bigger purchase happen too.

I was sold defective tires that are literally shredding apart one by one after less than 2 years use. I brought them back and was made to pay for new ones instead of having them replace their mistake.
They don’t back the products they sell an I will never purchase anything from them ever again.
