The Courtyard Dallas Arlington South, one of the premier hotels in Arlington, TX, located just a few miles from AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys.
This hotel looks nice, but when I got to my room the bedsheets smelled like sweat, and the beds were super firm and uncomfortable! Dislike this hotel !

Stayed here on Memorial day 2016. The desk clerk was not very friendly. They assigned us a room next to the highway. The motel was virtually empty so why put us next to the noisy highway! The motel food bistro was closed in the morning and the nearest restaurant is several miles. Not my normal outstanding Marriott experience. Next time in this area I’ll stay at the Comfort Inn up the road.

Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. I use this location a lot for my friends and family when they visit. Close to the Highlands for convenient shopping a a variety of good restaurants, bars and entertainment. Dave and Buster’s is a great go to spot for adults and kids. They have great food and games for all ages.

This is my go to hotel because of the location and proximity to shopping, dining and more importantly family while in Texas. However I was very disappointed that the entire hotel except the floor I was staying on was under construction. Love the improvements of the hotel and will stay there in the future. But wish that before I booked they would let you know that more than half the hotel and services were not available. Can’t stand poor customer service. Staff is great but perhaps management needs to consider online customers and reduce rates when the amenities are not accessible. Oh and avoid this hotel during Cowboys game days the price was triple the original rate. #CRAZY and once again not good customer service in my opinion.

We booked 2 rooms and left 2 days early. VERY loud! Construction outside. Elevator dings at every stop. We had to listen to every conversation at the elevator and all the dings. Box spring was broken in our room. It was very loud! The room above ours seemed to have a good game of hop scotch going on til midnight. Just when we got to sleep the alarm clock goes off at 530 am! Five frickin thirty! Needless to say we spent the next day looking for another hotel. NEVER again Marriott!

stay at this courtyard if you want your privacy to be invaded! what part of «leave my room alone» don’t cym understand when i have the privacy sign hanging on my door? i came back to the hotel from work to find that 1) my curtains were originally closed and were opened 2) the toilet seat was left up(last time i checked, i don’t pee standing). my reaction? someone came into my room. i told my coworker and he said his blinds were opened as well and he too had the privacy sign hanging on his door. i had confronted the front desk and they said that there were carpet cleaning scheduled during the time we were there. um? where is the communication? since when can you just bust into a guest room when the privacy sign is clearly hanging on the door? everything was great until i had a moment of freak out thinking 1) someone had broke into my room 2) i had accidentally left my door ajar 3) someone, might, be, hiding, in, my, room. never again, poor guest communication and management.

Stayed here one night recently. Was impressed initially with check in as the young man at the front desk was extremely pleasant. The room seemed a bit small. But I’m not sure if all of them are so tiny or not– i felt like i was back in my college dorm room. I did like the large TV, but i had some trouble connecting to the WiFi. We also found dead crickets behind the bed. Pretty gross but i understand that they are hard to keep out when the weather is like its been lately.

We ended up booking this hotel at the last minute after a Cowboys game and it was your standard Courtyard Marriott catered to business travelers. The rooms were clean and quiet and the best part was the location — close to a huge shopping area with tons of stores and restaurants. Only a few minutes away from Cowboys Stadium and the price was very reasonable compared with some other options in the area.

Very nice, new hotel. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and the shades blocked out almost all light, which is what I like. It had a great pool area with lots of furniture and a fire pit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If I needed to be in this area again, this is where I would stay.

A great business hotel… Its pretty much brand new & modern and the rooms still have that new/clean smell to them. The bistro in the lobby has a mini starbucks w/bfast & dinner lite fare. It is unfort., only open during bfast & dinner hours. Should you feel like eating elsewhere, there is literally every restaurant you could ask for surrounding the hotel. To the right is a mall w/a Cheesecake Factory & others, to the left is a massive outdoor mall with every ethnic cuisine known to man. Chinese, Italian, tex-mex, south american-mex, bbq, steaks, whatever… I could go on and on. My only complaint is that my mattress isnt the best. Other than that, the place is great!

Modern décor. Friendly staff. Very clean. Nice marble bathrooms. comfy beds. Only downside, can’t bring my doggie there… Pool looked nice but didn’t have time to go… Would definitely stay here again!
