I have been going here for Gas (good prices) but the new owner offered to fix my rear bumper for me. They are super friendly, did it for me in a very efficient manner (they had it all painted and ready to go and then called me) and also gave me a ride to and from home. I also learned they keep loaner cars handy.
Regarding the oil change sign (I checked… it says «4 cylinder-​4 quart only»). I don’t see a problem with that. And I still would recommend as they are so friendly and did do a good job.
Very good labor hourly charge.
As far as markups, I cannot comment. I can only tell you that they did very well by me and that I have thus far been completely satisfied.
Arlington has many choices for repair shops. If these guys are good it will quickly become apparent. Frankie’s a new owner and looking to do the right thing. When the price came in a little above what they quoted he was quick to knock off and give it to me for what his dad had quoted.
I’ll be going back and giving him another shot for sure. I have a few other things that I want to get repaired and I will go there again.

Oil change sign is$ 19.00, but they will charge you about $ 28.
Always find something need to be repaired during the oil change, that is fine. good to know. There are about 50% mark up for parts (based on my on-​line research from parts site and forum). I won’t come back for sure.

I had some brake pads that needed to be fixed so I stopped by to get them done.
PROS:
— did it for me ridiculously fast
— Owner is very friendly
— Cheapest labor costs I know in the area
CONS:
— did it fast, but made me realize auto repair places are charging hourly rates for a job that only takes 20minutes!
— Sold me some rear brake pads marked up by 50%. I didn’t appreciate that much of a hike so I probably won’t go back unless they offset that markup.
— Expect wheeling and dealing

Since I moved to Arlington this has been my go-​to car servicing location. Run by hard working lebanese men I can rely on them for cheap oil changes ($ 25) and any of the many fixes my old car requires. They get parts quickly and affordably and don’t overcharge on labor. They also have reasonably priced full service gas.
The only reason I give them ⁴⁄₅ rather than ⁵⁄₅ is that there is one problem with my car they haven’t been able to fix because my car doesn’t generate codes. I need to find one of those dying breed old wizened mechanics for that.
