We have been going here for a few years but the last few times has been horrible. Seems they are skimping on ingredients as simple as cheese on the pizza and having out fewer choices. Taste has gone down and the restaurant is dirty.

This is a one star review even with the expectation of eating at a Cici’s. There is clearly a «dark cloud» hanging over me lately. Went in and went with the buffet a drink and chicken wings. This was ordered to a girl with those stretch earrings things where you can stick a beer bottle through. Non-conformist did not hand me the paper cup directly in front of me on the counter so I made the bold move to grab the cup myself. This weirdo goes on and on about how I grabbed the cup(again it’s on the front of the counter). As I’m going to find an open dirty table, this model employee loudly gestures and points me out to her fellow employee. Never got the wings, called her out for this behavior and she goes into some weird denial/battered wife defense mechanism. There must be something I’m doing wrong to continue to have these weird things happen, but honestly it might just be what happens to every one who looks quiet and non-confrontational.

Not much can be said here. This place is a dump. Even inside they have reduced the experience to having to open generic packages of cheese. Like take home but eating there. Learned our lesson poor customer service. Total disdain from the nighttime employees if you mention dissatisfaction. Special order a pizza and it’s pot luck what you get. Sent a garlic veggie back to the kitchen. Not sure what recipe this store was using but not the same one as the last 3 cici’s we’ve been to. Abandon hope all ye who enter here. The overall experience will leave you seeking day old hotdogs from racetrack

So… I have had so many bad experiences here that I told myself last time I would not return. I approached the decision to overturn my own veto with trepidation. I should have listened to me. I arrived for a late lunch(around 2:30pm)…and I have found at places like this it’s a roll of the dice. It could all picked over and a staff unmotivated to cook anything fresh because business has slowed. On the other hand, it could all be fresh with a little less selection. Sometimes, it is neither. Today was that sometime. I knew this was not the best use of my lunch dollars, but alas, I went blindly forth. The first indication that we might have a problem was my wait for someone to come from the back of the house to take my money.($ 9.05 bought me 1.5 slices of pizza and a go cup for my drink) After a few minutes, the person I assumed to be the manager came out to help me. The dining room was overrun by middle schoolers. Nearly every open table was dirty. The salad bar was reasonably well-kept(keep in mind, these were middle schoolers). The little pasta area contained a pan of partially dried out cavatapi, two tablespoons of Alfredo sauce, and a crusted-over marinara. The selection of pizza was worse. Why on earth would you put out THREE cheese pizzas at once? These were obviously there to set off the two veggie pizzas. In the thirty minutes I was there, they only put out one new pizza– CHEESE. I mean seriously, folks… I know I can ask them to make me whatever I want, but I shouldn’t have to. Every time I see someone do that, the employees give them dirty looks. The last thing I want is a sneezer. After the aforementioned half hour, the manager and one employee started cleaning the dining room. I gave up & went to top off my tea… and found no lids. I tracked down the very sincere lady in the manager’s shirt & asked for a lid, which she provided. I then explained to her my dissatisfaction. She told me that she just transferred to this location. I explained to her that I’ve made a series of terrible experiences & would not be back. She may have apologized. She did offer to make me a pizza to go. Considering I had already been waiting 45 minutes for a fresh pizza with something more interesting than pepperoni and/or cheese, I had no desire to wait longer, and explained this. To further cement that my vow to never return, her boss stood off to one side during half of our conversation, and he said nothing. Should you choose to eat here, please do not expect anyone to give a darn, in other words. Do so at your own risk.

The staff here is amazing! Everyone is so nice and happy! The manager is the happiest sweetest man! Every time I’m here, I’m always so happy because the staff’s positive attitude just makes you feel good! Definitely my favorite Cici’s pizza location.

My husband and my mom love CiCi’s pizza. Me not so much. I think sometimes they conspire against me to eat there but it also could be I’m a little paranoid. Although like they say, just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean that they are not out to get you. The pizza here is ok and nothing to write home about. I’ve had better and I’ve had worse so I’ll get off of my high horse now and eat. But if you want really great pizza, Joe’s is across the street.

When their price reaches $ 7.95 for lunch and a drink, I think I deserve Parmesan cheese and napkins on the table. I think I deserve fresh pizza without having to ask for a special order. I believe it is wrong, in their genre, to have virtually nothing but veggie and cheese pizzas at 1pm. I am done with this place…
