Compared to the other reviewers, my experience with CHAMPION MOTORS was far less than perfect. I don’t know how my experience can be so far from the others.
First off, RAY from CHAMPION MOTORS (my internet POC) was completely useless. CHAMPION MOTORS communication is cold and with no personal feel. I might as well have been communicating with an automated service, but even with an automated service you get «please and thank you». Getting information is slow and like pulling teeth. Ray, from CHAMPION MOTORS has no initiative and does no legwork. CHAMPION MOTORS provide only links for my questions, (eventually). Communication is short, rude, and unacceptable. If a consumer is going to spend thousands of dollars at a business they should get quick responses.
I have over 25 years of automotive buying experience and CHAMPION MOTORS in Arlington Texas is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with.
IF YOU WANT A RUDE, «TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT» EXPERIENCE, THEN RAY AND CHAMPION MOTORS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.
