Buzzys Bazaar

Eh. I was underwhelmed by shopping here. It is a very cute store, and the owner obviously cares about it a lot; however, it seems like more attention was given to the store’s appearance rather than its contents. I got the impression that I was walking into a film director’s concept of what a vintage store should look like rather than what I actually wanted from a vintage store — packed to the brim with cheap costume jewelry, fur coats, and Elvis memorabilia. They also did not seem to cater at all to plus size women (like myself) and when I attempted to browse through the ONE small plus size area of the store, alllllllll the way in the back, the staff person called me back and tried to convince me to buy something off the sale rack instead, which was mostly filled with ugly wide-​legged pantaloons (no thank you). This was also the only time the staff spoke to me, as she spent the rest of the time I was there completely ignoring me and instead talking to another woman about intensely personal issues that I would have rather not heard. I will not be going back.

Enjoyed the variety of items. I love the surprises awaiting me in a store like this. Was delighted to find a wide range of clip on earrings for my mom. Very nice and accommodating owner. Glad to be able to return items for a store credit.

Buzzy’s is a find. Not only you will you feel like you hit the jack pot if you like to browse through lots of clothes, jewelry, accessories, décor and some furniture etc from the 20’s-present, but the prices are very reasonable and the place is full of gems. You will need to hunt but my favorite part was that Buzzy helps you find what you want. We all know what it is like to go into second hand stores and the sales people do not know the merchandise and often do not care much about what YOU want– that does not happen here. Buzzy is wonderful. I got 3 fabulous dresses and some wonderful stuff for my kitchen. I only had a little time… I LOVE this place. Their things are one of kind and someone else could find them first. GO!!!

Great place to find a hidden gem and the store is packed full of cloths, furniture, kitchen items and much, much more. Also for vintage and consignment I was surprised at how good the prices were. Plus, the people running the store are super friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend people here, especially if you have time to kill and love rummaging through to find that special something!
