This location is very disorganized and such a mess. It’s hard to find anything here or simply browse. The items are on the wrong hangers a lot of the time. There is stuff on the ground everywhere and nobody seems to care. The employees here are the worst too.

This store is an absolute disaster! Terrible selection, clothes are damaged. The people that work there aren’t helpful, and this place is always packed.

I had a terrible experience with your whole company. First I ordered a bunch of items online they came with no incident the only problem is one of the items I ordered was a set and one was a size 10 and the other was a 7. I figured that was no problem seeing you guy said you can return and exchange with no problem in store. so I drove to the store in Arlington Texas and the guy had to call the manager to the front (Casandra) She was very unprofessional in acting like I was not there. she said I had to bring the whole set in which I did not want to return the set I just wanted the correct size shirt. Working In retail I know the customer comes first and in this instance I was put last. The icing on the cake was that the Casandra lady went to the rest of the staff and began talking and laughing about the situation. I am very upset about this and I believe Casandra has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

The staff here is wonderful. They were polite, they keep the store organized which makes it easier to find good deals. Found most of the stuff for my house here.

I dealt with a manager in this store who was incredibly unprofessional. I will never do business at this location again.

Shoes galore for both women and men!!! Great variety! Very big store! Great prices! Customer service is horrible!

So I’m not necessarily a shoe freak but when I do get shoes, I like to get something different. I have heels in all sorts of colors, textures and patterns. I also hate spending a lot of money. That’s why I come here.
I don’t know why people forget this store is here but if I have something specific in mind that I want to get, this is where I usually go and most times can locate it with success. I recently went and they reorganized the store. It’s a million times better in there. There’s a clear separation of departments. You can move easily between racks of clothing. The store was clean and so were the dressing rooms.
I highly suggest you avoid going on Friday and Saturday evenings. In my experience those are the busiest times and you’ll most surely be stuck waiting in a massive line. But you can find some one of a kind gems here. Don’t wave them off.
