The last two timesI have gone through the the drive through here(one last month and the other time this month), the person who took my order was almost rude– No greeting, no thank you, etc. and both times I went, I was asked to pull around to the front to wait on my order. Then, another young man brought out the order, not speaking a word. Again, not a thank you, sorry for the wait, or anything. But what really upsets me is that on my most recent visit, I ordered my food and a medium iced water. After noticing on my receipt that I was charged $ 1.99 for a «Coke», I got out of my car and went in to ask about being overcharged. The manager, after taking his time coming over to me, told me, «You said medium, so I just punched in a medium Coke. It’s the same price as a Coke because it’s a medium.» I asked him to clarify that water was actually $ 1.99 and he said it was. «Sorry,» he said. This is crazy! I don’t mind paying a few cents for the cup, but $ 1.99? I won’t be returning to his Burger King in the future!

Ok I went back to see if maybe, just maybe it got better. And? Suprise it did, fast accurate service in the drive thru, my whopper actually had a bun that was toasted and the patty did not seem like it sat in a warming tray for 8 hours. Chicken fries are garbage food but my daughter likes them and they where fresh and hot. Still not on my list of good food but better than it was.

So disappointing!!! I went to the drive thru with a simple order. Chicken nuggets and bbq sauce. My nuggets were luke warm and the condiments packaging was dirty. Glad i spent less than two bucks. Such a waste! Ended up trashing it!

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was way over cooked or had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while because it was pretty dry. I got satisfries instead of regular fries. They had me pull up to the front because they had to make the satisfries fresh cuz I guess not too many people order them? Word of caution: all the combo meals come with small fries and a small drink. When you order they ask you, «would you like medium or large?» So naturally you’ll say medium because you would assume it comes with the smaller of the two right? At least that’s what I thought when I said medium. Luckily I only ordered that one meal so when I was told my total was $ 7+ and the meal on the menu was only $ 5.99 I knew something was up. Anyhow, I guess that’s just upsize trickery. Pretty shady practice if you ask me.
