History

Established in 2005.

The main building was an old movie theater, renovated into climate controlled storage units. A second building was added in 2007 and is part climate controlled storage and part small office space for rent. 2 more buildings were completed in 2010 and are strictly month to month office spaces. Our offices range from $ 549 to $ 999 and from 360 to 600 square feet. Our office space is rented on a month to month basis, with no security deposit and all utilities included.
