I offer a boot camp style exercise class at a local park in Arlington, Texas. Classes are an hour long and are geared towards losing weight and getting fit. We do a variety of intense cardio and resistance exercises like boxing, jumping rope, agility drills, kettle bell exercises, pushups, lunges, etc. Each class winds down with ab exercises and stretching.
History
Established in 2006.
This business got started because I had recently become a stay-at-home mom, and I needed a way to create a workout schedule I could stick too, and also create income.
