Do Not go to this location or the location off of 287. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I went to H&R Block to get my taxes done off of a friend’s recommendation and I have never been treated so awful in my life.
To start off with the Master Tax Advisor I first saw lost my W-​2 form then said I didn’t bring one and I would have to reschedule. I then go home and search for it and call a million numbers trying to replace the form when her office calls to say she found it on her desk. I then return to get my taxes done and she is irritated when I ask questions about how she got her numbers. She was so rude that we left. We then tried to goto the 287 location but they refused to help us because the last person we had gone to was a Master Tax Advisor. I would never recommend H&R block to anyone.
