So it looks like I am the first one to write a review about this place, but I just have to do it because I am sick and tired of the crappy ass service I get everytime I come here. I live over by Lake Ki so I try to frequent the Lake Goodwin 76 as much as possible but they are not ²⁴⁄₇ like the Shell. So on occasion, I have to deal with these half wits.
Basically unless you have a pair of balls, a plaid shirt, a big beefy FORD 350 pickup with a HEMI, you will be completely ignored or treated like shit by the white trash hick cashiers that work there. I just love waiting in line while hefer employee has to carry on a 10 minute conversation with the GUY infront of me, but when I get to the counter all I get is a snarley ass glare and barely a hello or thank you for shopping here.
They also rip people off on gas prices. always the highest around town!
The last straw with this place happend last week. There was a long line building up and a second cashier came on. Instead of taking ME: THE NEXT PERSON IN LINE… the skank grabbed the dude that was behind me… WTF??? Don’t you people have any common knowledge of what customer service is???
Also, I will never forget the time when me and my bf went to get gas at that Shell and my 2 cute little pugs jumped out of the car. The crabby old ass bitch working there was outside smoking started yelling at us to get the dogs in the car. Like they were hard core attack dogs or something…
All in all. this place is for the flipping birds!!!
