Arlington Boot Camp is an intensive five-​day-​a-​week, month-​long program designed to get you more fit in four weeks than you would believe! Our mission is to eliminate fat and restore your health and vitality. The result is that you look and feel fantastic. Each month, this comprehensive program includes 20 professionally programmed workouts, a one-​on-​one fitness/​nutrition/​lifestyle assessment with a personal trainer, ongoing nutrition analysis and advice, and a follow-​up assessment to chart your progress — combined with the fun, support and motivation provided in a group setting.

History

Established in 2005.

Hello, we are Zac Lewis and Hope Song, Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do as well as Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors. During our respective 20 years and 12 years training in and teaching Martial Arts and fitness, we witnessed the physical, emotional and spiritual problems associated with being unhealthy and overweight. In 2005, we set off on an adventure called «Arlington Boot Camp» with the goal of helping people in and around our community of Arlington, Texas become healthier and happier through regular exercise, proper nutrition and smart lifestyle choices. In the years since, we have been blessed to guide hundreds of amazing individuals on their journey to better health and happiness.
