A-​Action was completely professional throughout my transaction to purchase 2 separate duplex rental investment properties– BOTH Home Inspection AND Termite Inspection was conducted by RICHARD PARKER. Because his Reports were so detailed and included recommendations for repairs– my lender actually REQUIRED the Seller to replace any and all wood rot around the building structures AND Also 2 Brand New Roofs! in order for my financing to be approved and the deal to go through– This saved me over $ 20,000.00 :) I had 2 separate Professional Appraisers submit reports on these same properties and they found NOTHING Wrong… They did not even bring a ladder and crawl around on the roofs like Richard did! If it was not for Richard’s attention to detail and willingness to do the grunt work for an accurate report… «I» would have been stuck with that $ 20k repair bill. Richard even Returned TWICE to RE-​Inspect repair work– and made sure his recommended repairs were performed properly– within quality and building code standards. The thing I liked most about A-​Action was that they were prompt, had good professional communication from beginning to end of my two Real Estate Transactions, AND Having them perform BOTH the Home and Termite Inspections was very Convenient. Thanks A-​Action for a job well-​done… As I already shared– I will most certainly be using you for my next and future investment property purchases! I’m one Happy Camper– Much Appreciated! :)

If A-​Action Home Inspection Group was as good at home inspecting as they are at having reviews removed, they wouldn’t be dealing with this. Leaving the stovetop on (without a flame) to the extent of filling the entire house with Natural gas was just the tip of the iceberg. To boot, not one person has called me back Scott, the supervisor called the day of the complaint, yet A-​Action Home Inspection Group has managed to have two reviews removed from Unilocal.I guess the pay Unilocal pretty good. At any rate, what ever happened to the phone call from the owners who were out of town when their incompetent inspector was attempting to create an explosion at my home? The fact that there has been no attempt from A-​Action Home Inspection Group to remedy this, apologize for the dangerous position they put my family and I in. This doesn’t even start to address the issues they caused with their erroneous findings like the stovetop knob was reported to be broken and left on the kitchen counter. This is the same burner that was spewing out Natural gas. If an Inspector doesn’t have enough training to not pull of the stovetop knob in the first place, much less how to put it back on to turn off the gas, or call the gas company or someone at his work that could assist, or how about letting the homeowner know about it so precautions can be made before walking into a house full of gas. Let’s see how long it takes them to get this off now that I am acknowledging on this post that Unilocal is removing a legitimate review that may keep someone else from being put in harms way.

I had to reschedule the first inspection and Lauren was very accommodating with helping me through the process. Rich, our inspector was amazing!!! He went through everything twice for us to make sure we understood exactly what his findings were!!! He even gave helpful tips for some of the minor repairs needed to meet code. I will definitely refer A-​Action Realty Inspection to every one going through the process of buying a house!

I get a little nervous when I hire somebody that lacks reviews on Unilocal.These guys were recommended by my agent and never regret hiring them! We worked with Brad from their team and he was awesome. He was on time and went to work immediately. He was very helpful on explaining the issues he would find and built up a report on-​site and had it to me in minutes with pictures. I do have a technical background, so I am very detail oriented as he was when it came to checking everything out. I highly recommend them again.
