24 Hour Locksmith In Arlington

I locked myself out of the house early in the morning around 6. After unsuccessfully calling my landlord, I started calling locksmiths. While I was initially met with what sounded like a great deal, in the end I realized you really do get what you pay for.
I was told that a technician would be at my house in about twenty minutes after I was given a price quote ($ 29 for the base fee, $ 25 to open the door), and that he would be calling me immediately. Thirty-​five minutes later, I still hadn’t heard from the technician, so I called back. I again was told that he would be calling me and that he would be at my house in 10 minutes. After another twenty minute wait, I called again. The dispatcher said he contacted the technician and he was going to call. Guess what?! He didn’t…
After another fifteen minutes, I called back to dispatch and while on hold the technician FINALLY called. He sounded groggy like he just woke up and told me it would be another 25 minutes. I inquired about what was causing the delay (since I’m now over an hour late for work and needed to inform my boss). I was quickly met with attitude about how «stuff happens» and the dispatcher doesn’t know how long it will take. Odd to me, since I was told by dispatch they were communicating.
I got off the phone with him and called dispatch to complain. He was nice and said he would try to get me another technician out, but when he came back he said it would only be another 5 minutes. Thirty minutes later the technician finally showed up! Here’s the kicker… after being quoted 55 total, the technician tells me it’s a $ 29 service fee and $ 150 to pick my lock.
After I refused service, he told me that I think he’s my slave and want immediate gratification. I tried explaining to him that as a reputable business, I expect that dispatch and technicians would communicate better, and I understand things happen, but they should at least notify the customer.
After the technician left, dispatch called and said it would be $ 100 total. After I still refused to pay that (now angry at the entire situation), I was asked what I would pay. I told dispatch I was willing to pay what I was originally quoted or I didn’t want the service.
I’m currently still locked out…
The credibility of this business is completely damaged to me. This is completely unacceptable.
