Literally the SLOWEST service from a Starbucks. I was in line for a good 15 mins for someone to get 1 cup of coffee in the drive thru. My iced vanilla latte was just sitting in the counter, as I could see while the ditz at the drive thru said she was waiting on it to be made. While she sat there laughing and goofing around my drink still sat there for a good 5 minutes. It was not even strong as I asked, too much milk and not the quad I wanted. My tip, don’t waste your time, there’s plenty of others in the vicinity.

Very friendly and fast service. Solid internet connection. Only reason 4⁄5 stars is because it is a little chilly in the store always

These guys are about average. I’ve been to some great Starbucks and some really poor ones. These guys will definitely not WOW you but they won’t spill your drink either. They actually do a good job grinding coffee, if not out of stock.

My cup again fell apart when I picked my coffee up after the 15 min ride to work. So once again I wore ¾ of a venti. The lip of the cup disintegrates causing the lid to slip off. 3rd time in the last few months is 3 times too many. Paying $ 2.70 for a venti coffee should ensure the right to have it served in an adequate cup. Not necessarily this stores fault as I would guess that they are forced to use these crappy cups. But this is where I stop. May want to check with Panera. Their cups seem to be heavier and better made. If anybody in the Starbucks QC world reads this. The mfg code on the cup is. Vl24no20947

This Starbuck is conveniently located next to Arlington Park. The indoor space is not very big or comfy for people to work from there for a few hours. It also felt like it was very loud but I guess that is expected for the morning rush. I just enjoy that it is next to the track and has free wifi so I can work from there until 3 and then head over to the track right away: D

I generally like Starbucks, but this particular location has the most rudest and incompetent kids working there. Very disappointing for Starbucks.

As someone who is at Starbucks 4 – 5 days per week, I’ve made the rounds between Arlington Heights, Schaumburg, Palatine, Mt Prospect and unfortunately this location has the worst service. Too bad the location is so convenient. After a year of consistently disappointing service and screwed up drinks, I have decided when I’m here to only order brewed coffee and they even managed to mess that up today. So disappointing. Go out of your way and hit up the locations near Woodfield, it’s worth the 5 minutes extra drive.

My favorite Starbucks right by my house. It’s quick & easy to get in and out of the drive thru… most of the time! Some mornings the line can get absolutely insane. Pro-Tip: If you’re going through the drive thru, order two drinks max. If you have an order of 8 speciality drinks for you and your coworkers, please go inside to order. It’s pretty darn rude to hold up an entire drive thru line of mostly 1 – 2 item orders for your complicated huge order. The design of the drive thru is pretty wackadoo also & takes some maneuvering to get into it so exercise caution. So many people don’t use turn signals going in & out of this location for some reason so exercise caution with that, as well! You’re probably thinking to yourself… Sarah, you crazy bird… none of this is sounding great, why in the heck is this your favorite location?! It all hinges on this one guy who works the drive thru some mornings. I believe his name is Scott and he’s always so happy, so friendly and just seems high on life. Just having my 5 second exchange with him in the morning can brighten up my day — that’s how magnetic his personality is! Go to this location in the morning, see Mr. Scott in the drive thru and tip him after! He way deserves it!

This Starbucks has a great location right near the expressway and a drive-thru. Enough said. They still have a pretty standard interior, with some outdoor seating right on the parking lot with a view of the four lane road. I’ve not encountered the problems here that other reviewers have mentioned with the staff being either unpleasant or inaccurate.(I always check my drinks, and am very familiar with the corporate policy of willingness to remake the drinks, but I don’t recall ever having to do that here.) I’m giving them three stars because this is just not one of the ones to which I would go to hang out. Even by Starbucks standards, it’s a little blasé.

I’m a fan of Starbucks so usually they will get a minimum of 4 stars from me. This place regrettably not up to normal Starbucks standards. Staff was«grumpy» and surly which isn’t typical, the speed of service is inconsistant. The huge plus is that it is right next to the job I was working at so that by itself is worth 3 stars. Sure wouldn’t make a special trip to this place tho.

I was going to say they’re starting to develop an attitude in the 8 months since I’ve started coming here, but after reading the reviews, it appears this has been a problem from the beginning. I’ll still give 2 stars because my order has been right 99% of the time and service was speedy enough. Just try harder to pretend like you enjoy your job

After all the other bad reviews I feel bad giving this Starbucks an A-OK… but so far I can’t complain. The drive-through, yes, is painfully slow, but other than that everything is your average Starbucks. Also I think the location is a little out of the way for most, but there’s not much they can do about that. And that’s that!

I’m a former Starbucks employee(shift supervisor for 2 years), so I have to say that I’m a bit on the critical side when it comes to service and quality. Unfortunately, this location has earned a reputation with me for being a bit slow and inaccurate. I have noticed that it has gotten better in the past year, and my frustrations are generally focused on one or two employees. My two-star rating is based on a few things. I am basing my rating first on relativity in comparison to other Starbucks locations, because honestly, who doesn’t know the quality of Starbucks overall? Second, being a chain, there should be some level of uniformity when it comes to taste and quality, but the big variable is in construction… meaning the barista. There are a few employees who I’m excited to see at the bar or register, but overall, I’ve noticed that their service can be snippy or just apathetic. In addition, there have been countless times where I’ve gotten the wrong order(who writes«2 pumps» when I clearly asked for«1 pump»?). In the grand scheme of Starbucks, this is a good location, so I’m willing to go there, but if I have a choice(and I’m not on my way to work), I wouldn’t choose this one.

This is not my usual Starbucks I go to but it’s the closest to my work at the moment. The people that work there are SLOW. I decided to just get out of my car(instead of waiting in a HUGE drive– thru line) and go inside to make it faster… it actually helped BUT… there was only one or two times I actually had an employee greet me with smile or simple Hello, instead of ’ I hate my effin job’ face.

There are 2 starbucks I go to regularly &THIS is the bad one. This starbucks has the slowest drive-thru I’ve ever experienced & the staff doesn’t seem to care about the frustration of their customers in the least. They have also got in the habit of deciding themselves what drink they’re going to give me. seriously it’s bad. my order has been wrong too many times now.

As compared to other Starbucks, the only thing I’d say is that the drive thru here is consistently slow. One time I went there at 6:30 and it wasn’t even open, but there were cars lined up in the drive thru — so not sure what was up with that — as other times they’ve been open at that time. Another time I ordered 2 kids hot chocolates and 1 peppermint mocha, and they gave us 3 hot chocolates. I had to bring it back which took another half hour out of my day. I also concur with the other review where the employees bad mouth others. Check your drinks before you leave, be prepared for it to not be lightening fast, and you should be good to go.

Being a student, have routinely spent lots of time at various Starbucks to study. This by far is the most rude and discourteous staff I’ve ever encountered. They bad mouth their co-workers, boss and even customers after they have left. They are constantly gossiping and slandering others even when there are customers inside the store! This was not a one time occurrence. This happens to be the closest one to home so I’ve tried it a few times and on every occasion I have the same experience. TERRIBLESTARBUCKS!

It’s open. It’s open. It’s open. It’s a goddamn Christmas miracle. This Starbucks is next DOOR to my office. It’s been under construction for months and months. And finally… the menu boards on the drive-through went up last night before we left the office, and there were cars in the parking lot this morning. I gave them a call and a lovely woman answered, beseeching us to come over from our office and help welcome them. I want to hug her. I could cry I’m so happy. I can walk there in this suburban hell. My workday savior has arrived. This is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. Hallelujah.
