Absolutely do not come here, if you care about original art. They certainly don’t. Does not cater well to local artists and won’t own up to their mistakes. Will go out of there way to NOT make it right. Someone comes out with an apron on… but, they do not do the work there. They ship it off, so you’ve completely lost quality control and an intimate relationship with your framer. And, there’s the awful annoying Mimzi theme song that loops and plays over and over and over and makes you want to run out the door. I’ve found other far more helpful and friendly local family-​owned businesses, who have made it clear they they are pleased and eager to have my business. Support REAL local interests.

Really, 4.5 stars. I took an old document to be framed and felt confident leaving it in Neil’s care. He gave me good advice about the frame and matting selection, did an excellent job of repairing a small spot on the document, and a superior job with the matting and framing of something that was a little tricky. I thought the service and the end product were five-​stars, the price a little higher than you might get at some competitors, so the –½ star. I would like for this place to stay in business and will take future framing needs there, particularly those that need a little finesse.
