This firm was founded in 1980 in Arlington Heights, IL.

McClure, Inserra CPAs serve a wide range of clients in many industries. Some of our specialties are: small businesses, especially service organizations including health care and IT, nonprofits and governments. Also, we do a lot of work with trusts, estates, and individuals with multiple state returns.

We have a staff of CPAs, accountants and administrative support whose highest priority is bringing value to clients through technical expertise and outstanding responsiveness.

Business Owner

Christian N. McClure, President, serves as the Managing Partner of McClure, Inserra, along with Paul V. Inserra.

Chris grew up in Peoria, Illinois, graduating Richwoods High School. Illinois State University provided him an excellent accounting education, with which he was able to pass the CPA examination.

Upon graduation of ISU he went to work for what is now McGladrey, LLP, in Joliet, IL. McGladrey provided Chris with great professional experience and training, however, his heart was not in Joliet. He wanted to get to Arlington Heights, where his friends from college resided.

He took a new position in a local Arlington Heights firm. After working there a little more than a year, decided to strike out on his own with his college roommate, Bill Smith. Then in 1985 Paul Inserra joined the firm and in 1986 Paul became his partner.

Chris has raised three children in the Northwest Suburbs who are all now grown and happily married.
