History

Established in 2001.

HomeNet Solutions was opened by Dan Kinsella in 2001. While doing a renovation on his own home, Dan realized there was a need for assistance with home entertainment, technology, automation and infrastructure solutions, Dan originally started the business to assist builders and architects provide expert advice to homeowners in a rapidly expanding home construction market. Later, HomeNet expanded with the addition of a Design Center to help customers see their residential solutions in action in a mock home setting.

Before starting HomeNet Solutions, Dan spent 13 years in the IT industry in various sales and management roles. His passion for technology was the basis for founding HomeNet Solutions and still drives the business today.
