Davis Roofing and Construction

I recently built a home and had the pleasure of working with many contractors — with the exception of one — Davis Roofing and Construction. After hearing water leak during a bad spring storm I called to ask that they come back to check the flashing. I never received a response. I called in June. I called in July. I finally called the installer on his cell which had given me. He apologized and offered to stop by the weekend of August 23. I preferred he come during the week since we were out of town. No one came or called. I called again on Sept. 17. I sent a text to Dan, the owner. I never heard back from Dan or the secretary. After several more calls Dan came out to inspect on Sept. 29. They were to come back the following week to make some minor repairs. Of course they did not come or call. I called the week of Oct. 6 and did get an answer or recording. I sent Dan another text on Oct. 13 asking for a brief summary of what he found and when repair would take place. No answer. I called the office a few days later and was told I would receive a contract that afternoon so that I would be on the repair schedule. No email! No contract! I am giving up on this company and calling another roofing company. It’s a shame… my home is less than a year old. The worst customer service ever. My contractor had also tried to get them out immediately after installation to check on stepping the flashing at a bay window. No response at that time either.
