History

Established in 1991.

A Video & Image Co. was started by Bill Speechley and has been family owned and operated since 1991 in Crystal Lake, IL. Recently, after the addition of son Toby Speechley, we decided to expand our reach and open a store in downtown Arlington Heights. We offer a wide variety of friendly, professional, and economical video production, duplication, and transferring services. We specialize in transferring 8 mm & 16 mm Film, Slides & Photos and any format of Video Tape to DVD. We also produce custom videos for smaller businesses to help them reach new customers, train employees and educate existing customers on their full breadth of services. We offer the best prices and best quality of In-​House Video Production, Media Transfer & DVD/​CD Duplication services in town.

Toby grew up in Crystal Lake and attended Crystal Lake South High School. He went on to get his B.A. in Speech Communication with a minor in Studio Art at Augustana College in Rock Island, IL and graduated in 1998.
