This was my first time here. Let me be honest I was so worried. I have not been to a dentist is years. I went in and was WOWED!!! The office was beautiful. I thought I have found my diamond in the rough in Arleta. Then immediately I thought great I will not be able to afford anything from here. I was going to leave and just as I walked out a very nice young lady… I think she said her name was Karina greeted me by my name… I asked her how did she know my name and she told me that she makes it a point to know who is going to be coming in so she can greet them properly. Needless to say I stayed and of course they found problems. Dr. Zarbakhsh explained to me what I needed and he even showed me on the x-​ray. Then I sat down with the office manager Liz who went over with me the treatment and how it wasn’t going to be that bad I could actually afford it. I was not able to get the treatment today.(I had to get back to work). But I do have an appointment for this Sunday… wish me luck…

I had to go to a new dentist, my friend recommended me to Dr. Imanuel. They have a beautiful office, very friendly staff, the receptionsist Karina was very helpful, my insurance was giving us problems but she told me not worry about it that she would take care of it AND she DID.
The doctor who saw me was not Dr. Imanuel but he was really nice and polite. I will for sure be coming back. Thank you for taking care of my needs, I will be recommending you to all my friends and family.

Absolutely needs better customer service. All reception needs training including the office manager. I went to get pricing on the zoom whitening and the receptionist had no clue what that was. The manager shouted out the prices from her office and didn’t even bother to come forward. That was very rude! Funny thing is I live close by and I refuse to go back. I’m thinking of calling the doctor maybe I can train the reception and the manager for free!!!

The worst service I have ever experienced! The attitude and customer service I received from the manager Elizabeth Velazquez was so bad I had to file a coaling with the BBB. This manager has no customer service she hung up on me three times when I tried to complain about a misunderstanding and she called my husband a liar and was no absolute help brought up the fact her husband was a cop so I guess that’s why she felt the right to be so rude and insult us. Point is this place has terrible service left our teeth worse and will be no help when you have a problem.
