We teach different levels and types of training, Puppy Kindergarten, Basic Obedience, Intermediate, and Advanced Obedience. We also teach impulse control, dog walking. pattern games and more.

Private dog training is designed to meet the needs of the owner and their dogs. Every experience and lesson plan is different depending on what you want accomplished and how fast your dog learns within the lesson.

Established in 2012.

Alisha Navarette the owner and Trainer of Heart-​shaped paws has been training animals Since childhood, But in late 2010 she enrolled in Animal Behavior College and started her year long certification to become a Certified Dog Trainer. As Soon as she completed her Certification in December of 2011 She Opened Heart-​shaped Paws K-​9 Dog Training so she could begin a wonderful career in dog training. Working with animals is what she loves to do and we hope to show you the passion of dog training when you sign up for one of our classes. We hope to see you.

Business Owner

Born and raised in Missouri, Alisha Navarette has been in love with helping animals any way she could. She started training dogs when she was a young child, and continued to read and learn about training dogs as she grew older. In late 2010/​early 2011 with the support of her husband and daughter, she decided to make a change from training her friends, family and her own dogs to helping others train their dogs professionally. Now certified through Animal Behavior College she is educated properly with a balanced understanding on positive training techniques Alisha is now the owner and sole dog trainer at Heart-​Shaped Paws K-​9 Dog Training. And she is ready to help pet owners train their dogs for years to come
