Texas Pet Bed & Breakfast

I accidentally booked my dogs at this kennel thinking it was a different one. Not only did my dogs smell horrible when I picked them up, but a week after I got home, I realized I had forgotten their shot record with their rabies vaccine tags attached to it. I went by there today and the girl, very unapologetically, told me they had just cleaned everything and must have thrown them out. Really? You look at paperwork that has rabies tags taped to it and just decide to throw it out? Some serious problems here– stay clear!!!
Update– just received a call from the receptionist that she decided to call the other receptionist to see if she had seen them. She said she had and that they were mailing them to me. Good customer service would have been to let me know that she would do all she could to find them and get back with me. I felt like I had to shame her into doing more than just look through her drawers.
