I paid $ 4 for one sesame bagel and vegetable cream cheese here today– kind of a rip off

Bagels are good and the service too. Hope you never have to interact with the owner though… not friendly or helpful, as I learned when I asked him to give me a copy of a receipt for a charge that I should not have received on my card.

Based on the reviews, I ordered a bacon, egg, cheese and tomato on a whole wheat everything bagel with an iced french vanilla coffee. Probably best decision of the day. Still licking my lips and absolutely plotting my return. Really excited to try the coconut donut people are raving about. Next time!

Solid bagels. Solid donuts. Buy a dozen bagels and they kick in a few more on the house. I throw them in the freezer and they still taste great when we toast ‘em up.

A lovely mom and pop bagel shop with plenty of healthy choices(where you don’t have to sacrifice deliciousness.) They actually cook real eggs(surprisingly a lot of places do not) and have fresh, not frozen bagels. The staff he is very friendly and many regulars frequent this joint for their exceptional service and food. Sunshine bagels may not be the most beautiful bagel shop but their bagels and sandwiched are indeed worth the trip.

Cheerful service from behind the counter. Took 3 kids in for a treat: the best donut anywhere! A resounding: «way better than Dunkin Donuts!» If you’re in the neighborhood, pop into this small shop for good coffee & whatever magical thing that they do to their donuts.

I have always had the dream of eating a New York bagel. I went to Sunshine Bagel and was not disappointed. I got the everything bagel with plain cream cheese. The bagel was perfect, flavorful, cripsy, fresh, just perfect. The cream cheese, even though it was just regular plain cream cheese was rich and creamy. Best bagel Ive ever had. Thank you, New York!

Cream cheese variety is very good, but the bagels are average. The flat bagels were hard as a rock. I’ll go back just for the cheese.

Toasted coconut donut is amazing. Bagels are pretty decent but man those donuts! You can really tell they are home made and make Dunkin donuts look like slop. Very nice family run business. Real Khmer in Ardsley.

Si vous passez a Ardsley, arrêtez impérativement chez Sunshine Bagel ! Ils font les meilleurs donuts du monde !! Tim Hortons au Canada, c’est rien à côté !!! If you go to Ardsley, you must to eat some donuts in «Sunshine Bagels» ! They make the best donuts of the world !! Tim Hortons, from Canada, is worse than the bagel of Sunshine !!!
Best bagels in the county, period. Awesome donuts Superb French vanilla coffee. My only complaint, was that they ran out of Swiss cheese one day, but that was just one day! Lots of places give you 13 bagels when you order a dozen, and pat themselves on the beck and call it a baker’s dozen, but not sunshine. …oh no, they give you FIFTEEN… And at that, they are 15 round pieces of excellence.

Best bagels I’ve ever had. I have never been disappointed by sunshine and I crave it every weekend! They are a MUST every Saturday morning. Fresh and hot bagels at a cheap price. Can’t forget the donuts either! The jelly stick is my favorite and I often have to splurge. But go early before they run out!

This place has gone downhill. The donuts are AMAZING but beware. The service is terrible. The people behind the counter are always eating while working and act like they don’t know how to make any of the prepared foods listed on the menu. Twice I have ordered a sandwich or salad and they just say no. Also, there are bees and/or flies on the donuts many times and none of the workers care, even when I point it out. I think I’ll stay away for a while.

First things first the bagels are amazing here but after the service i recieved today I had to write a review. I have been going to Sunshine for years now and in the past year and a half they have messed up my order every siingle time.. The service is terrible., when I say terrible I mean TERRIBLE. I will order a simple Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel and when I get home it’s not even close to what I ordered. I will order Veggie Cream Cheese and I will get butter. etc… Even when I would aproach an employee of their mistake they will act like I am wrong and give me an attitude. I wish the bagels weren’t so damn good because I would never return there but if you go please take into consideration that you will deal with messed up orders and nasty rude employees.

There are cheaper places to get breakfast– but this place will continue to get a chunk of my check every weekend. The omelets, bagels and blueberry muffins have lines out the door and a majority of their stuff is made fresh on site. You can actually see the people baking away in the back, it gives me a good feeling inside kind of like I’m watching the Keebler Elves. I just wish they kept the grill on a little longer. I don’t always feel like waking up at the crack of dawn to get breakfast at a spot that sells primarily breakfast food on the weekend when I have to wake up early during the week. Once I accidentally left my house in my purple fuzzy bed slippers but I didn’t turn back to change because I was running out of time to catch the grill, decisions were made and off my fuzzy slippers and I went. Now I show up there more often than not looking crazy as if I just rolled out of bed… because I did. I found out that they finally started accepting cards so no more awkward pit stops at the Chase bank with the dunkin donuts if I don’t have any cash.

This is an ok option for bagels in Westchester. I had the cinnamon raisin bagel and my husband had the everything bagel($ 1 each w/o cream cheese). I wish the bagels were softer and chewier. Also, why is it so hard to find jalapeño cheddar bagels around here?

WAIT!!! My bagel tasted like a mop. Boyfriend’s too. But at least they give you a FREEDONUT when you buy a sandwich?

Sunshine Bagels makes a bitchin’ bagel; I’m still lusting after their cinnamon raisin. Despite staying up to watch the latest Indiana Jones«film»(the worst excuse of a film ever), and gorging on late-night snacks, vicious hunger pangs still jabbed me awake. Friends took me to Sunshine Bagels. This store is popular; the line of eager customers placing orders never let up while I was there. Even with the morning bustle, Sunshine manages to be a spot where one can gather their bearings, even the cash-deficient(there’s an ATM inside). An egg, ham, and Swiss cheese sammich hit the spot, but the highlight of my visit was their cinnamon raisin bagel. Toasted to perfection, with a hint of sweetness, it was topped with a surprisingly wonderful walnut raisin spread — I happily got boxes to go. At Sunshine Bagels, bliss is available in bagel form.
