Precision Gem Grading Lab (PGGL) is the first high-​tech consumer lab in the US to introduce objective and scientific diamond grading technology by ImaGem Inc. to consumers.

PGGL’s mission is to educate the diamond buying consumer by providing accurate and reliable diamond grading and appraisals supported with scientific measurements.

We offer jewelry appraisals for single pieces and for estates. Appraisals are offered for insurance purposes, fair market value, selling and replacement value. If you have a special need that is not listed here, please contact us.

We specialize in diamond grading and certification for color, clarity, light behavior, digital fingerprinting and fluorescence using latest technology by ImaGem Inc.

History

Established in 2007.

PGGL was set up offer ImaGem’s objective and accurate gem grading services to members of the trade and consumers.

Over the last year, we have expanded to offering independent jewelry appraisals. Where possible, appraisals are combined with an objective grading certificate using ImaGem technology.
