Sandra helped me sell my house in Asheville. As a fellow Realtor, but cross country, it was important to me to have someone who worked the way I do… whatever it took, as long as it took. I also wanted someone with a good command of the internet. Sandra was terrific and went so far beyond expectations, including dealing with the house after the previous tenants trashed it, that I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any client, buyer or seller, who wants an advocate. Sandra is an amazing woman! You don’t find too many people like her around anymore. We found a home we wanted and waited 14 months– including my wife’s bout with cancer – and we now have it! She kept us optimistic and positive through the whole time. Phone calls during the day, late at night, and even on weekends! She was right there. I have never seen this kind of friendship or help from anyone in today’s business world. Now we have the home we wanted. No more cancer and no more drama. God is good, and so are the people He sends us down here on Earth. Sandra LoCastro is an amazing person!
