Hi,
Never trust this company. My bathroom shower have a problem, i.e. no cold water. I called the company and the plumber came to check. They told me that my cold water pipe was clogged and the valve was also damaged. It required to change the whole shower system which costs $ 600. Later, I called another company to check it again. It turned out that I only need to replace the spindle, which is only $ 60. By the way, my shower model is the Symmons temptrol.

I have used Kempton & Self twice in the past two weeks. First was an issue with my office, and the other was at my house. They respond very quickly, work quickly, do a very good job.
Joe responded to both of our calls. Very polite and great job cleaning up after his work. The lady at their office was wonderful about letting me know when they would be at my home.
I have no reservations recommending them to others.
