Excellent doctor, highly recommended!!! Dr. Tsai is a very knowledgable and responsible dentist. My son goes to him for braces and he did a great job. Dr. Tsai looks a little intimidating when I first met him but he is actually very nice when you get to know him better. He is particularly good to kids and students, and my son thinks he is cool!

This guy is a fraud! I went in for a «free» orthodontics consultation (the guy ensured me it’s free when i called for an appointment). Couple weeks later, i received an EOB from my insurance company for $ 50 consultation fee.
He spent less than 5 minutes with me; he only told me his fee and the expected time to complete the procedure. The dental office’s surrounding is unpleasant and honestly, this isn’t a restaurant so you don’t want to go to a «family owned» dentist.
I chose to go to a more professionally operated orthodontist, and I’m in the process of appealing this $ 50 ripped off fee with my insurance company.

«Ban Zhang (class leader)!» Dr. Tsai would shout in Taiwanese whenever I visited him when I was a kid getting my braces and all.
Back in 1st through 4th grade in Chiayi, Taiwan, my mom and him used to be classmates while my grandma was their 1st and 2nd grade teacher!
No bias here but best orthodentist around! No worries about getting ripped off. Family owned and operated for decades now. Highly recommend for you or kids that have teeth like Austin Powers.
