Been coming here for 3 years now, my go to spot for reflexology. Little place but very quite inside. Everyone is very good, gives great back & arm/hand massage along with foot massage. $ 18 for 1 hour. I always leave %60 gratuity. My feet feel so amazing, light, & well balanced every time.

Had 1-hr foot massage. Great experience. Came out feeling so relaxed. William was accomodating to my request to do a scalp massage for a shorter feet massage. He did a great job. He had the right pressure as requested. Only $ 18.

They are very cooperative about last minute massages, which helps me since my schedule is hard to pin down. Their hours are great — a lot of places close too early in the evening. The beds are comfortable(not all massage places are good for my neck). The Swedish massage I had was extremely relaxing and I think the price was fair, especially when it’s easy to spend $ 100 at a local spa. It’s not fancy, so if you want plush bathrobes and a lot of pampering, this isn’t the place. But for a simple massage to get you up and going again, it’s perfect. I want a place I can zone out for an hour, and it’s pretty easy parking.

Look, I don’t know about any drama about former owners or anything. I went there today for the first time and got a girl named Sara and she was awesome. I have a lower back issue and without saying a word she knew exactly where to attack. I left feeling incredibly loose and I made an appointment on the spot for the next weekend with her. Totally awesome, I’m happy to head back.

i am not sure about other services, BUT if you want to have your ACNE cleaned. HELLNO… i go there only b/c it’s 5 mins away from my home and i need an acne skin care so bad.(i have membership in another skin care located in SB but they don’t have time that day). the lady who did my skin care has poor skills(if you ever went to another other skin care place and you will know the difference). AND! F! It left SCAR on your face!!! big and lots scars on all pimple area she did… i don’t know how they can survive with such a terrible skill!!! i went back to my old skin place today and my skin care person told me she not only left lots of scars on my face, but fingernail marks!!! s h X T!!! worst service that will also ruin your face which money can not buy back.

im only giving this place a 4 star review because twice i went, those ladies who massaged me did a great job(well the 1st one tried to convince me she had to «massage» it off my hard shoulder and i walked out w the pain that lasted for a wk –_-…but she was trying to be helpful so i dont blame her). BUT the owner, on the other hand, or whoever was there at the store, needs to know what she’s doing seriously. today was my 2nd time there(because i need to use the certificate my bf got me) and the lady there seemed confused abt something but she didnt specified what exactly before i went in for the massage. so after i was done, i came out and all the sudden there was something wrong abt the certificate because they couldn’t find when it was sold, nor was there a date written on the certificate… WELLIT’S NOTMYPROBLEM! she should’ve called the owner when i was still in for the massage and figure the problem out instead of standing there asking other employees why does it not have a date on it and blah…-_– not the most efficient store huh… i was losing my patience before they finally called the owner and decided it’s ok for me the use the certificate and told me next time it wouldnt’ have worked… well…again…I DON’T EFFINCARE! that’s your problem not mine =_=…i know it’s not a big deal but i was a little annoyed that i was being questioned and they were making a scene out of it when i just wanted to pay and go home already…

i’ve been a customer @ swan spa for probably over 3 years now. i was first introduced to the original owner Michelle by my sister inlaw. Michelle used to have her biz at home and her biz has gotten better and moved to a local shop, now the Swan Spa. i must say. since the biz took over(Michelle no longer is the owner), the service has dropped. i believe the new owner is at her 20s which really caught me by surprise. the new owner is barely at the shop, even when she does, she is always on her laptop and or chat with her bf @ the shop front counter. that’s a big biz no no! but again, she’s only at 20s. no offense. i still get my facial done there by either Lena or Amy, but i miss Michelle very much… i wish she’s there… anyhow, the only reason i stayed is b/c of their diamond peeling package. the treatment works very well for me and i have renewed the same package pretty much since i started with Michelle. i just came back from facial today and saw a new face at the front desk counter. perhaps they switch owner again? i haven’t seen the young girl for at least few months now and the new lady @ the front desk today looks more like a biz owner! i hope i don’t need to look for another spa anytime soon but it’s hard to say… i might need to start looking else where but only if the new joint offer the same if not similar peeling package.

Michelle, the original owner, has since left and handed over the business. The back rooms that were once devoted to foot soaks/massages have now all been converted to private massage/facial rooms. Since this handover, I recently had a European facial appointment with Lena. She was late for my appointment by 15 minutes, so the appointment carried over for 30 minutes longer than I planned. The facial quality was mediocre, it contained all the usual components, but each left me longing for more(since my standard for Swan Spa is the quality of Michelle’s facial). — The pimple-popping and pore-cleansing portion was not particularly thorough, barely focusing only on my nose and around my hairline. — The hand massage comprised of pressing between my fingers and lotioning my arms and hands. — No complimentary eyebrow plucking/shaping. — Extra long final face mask step. — Answering the phone multiple times in the room while I was having my facial done. I may be back to try the full body massage, but considering the price of the facial, I’m now on the lookout for another facial place.

I used to love this place. For $ 35.00 an hour, it was totally worth it! I’d recalled one time I went there for a 3 hour massage, and the lady that massaged me was awesome! She worked out every knot and tension I had on my body, and I was feeling completely relaxed and happy… that was until I had encountered the bitchy receptionist, who was also a masseuse there… she ruined it for me when she kept pushing me to buy a massage membership, even though I had kindly declined — a couple of times while she was writing me the receipt… At that point, I had stopped going there, and are now in love with my new place :) Though, if you’re still planning on going there… do bring cash since they don’t take credit cards, and watch out for the bitchy receptionist/masseuse there…

Went in for a massage on Sunday and left feeling satisfied. When I go to the spa, I spend a good amount for a massage and facial. Swan Spa is only $ 35 for a full body massage. Like the other reviews there isn’t anything special like a sauna or a jacuzzi, just rooms with massage tables, soothing music, and a quiet atmosphere. For $ 35 she hit all the right spots! My shoulder and neck part was kind of painful but I kind of expect that. That’s how I know they are good! ha So when I want a nice cheap massage that will loosen up all my knots, this is the place to go. I might have to come back and do this more often!!! The only down side is they only accept cash. Minus one star. :)

Came here for their hour foot massage for $ 20. They give you a cup of tea while you soak your feet in the warm water. Half the time was spent on my back and the other half on my feet/legs. Nothing too spectacular except for the fact that the lady who was servicing me kept telling me how tense I was and that I needed to upgrade to a full body massage to get the kinks out. She was trying to upsell the whole time! I just wanted my piece, quiet and relaxation lady!

Love this place, very clean, courteous staff and strong masseurs. Can’t beat the deal of $ 40 table/body massage followed by a $ 18 foot massage!

I love this place, it is so reasonable and the staff are all incredible. Mr Chang gave me the best treatment I have ever had, and since I am in the Day Spa business that is saying something. Michelle gave me a fabulous facial using Guinot products from Paris, very exclusive! My skin has totally changed since she turned me onto them. If you are looking for value without sacrificing great service, you should really give this place a try:)

[UPDATE5/08] This place is now done to 3 ½ stars from my initial 5 stars. One of the best masseuse is gone. Also, they have gotten rid of the foot mask at the end of the service. They are still cleaner than most, but not sure if it’s worth the $ 18 now… This place is awesome and a great deal too. The facial is very good and not overly pricey. The only downside is that it’s both a foot massage parlor and facial place, so you don’t get that relaxing day spa feel that you would get at Ann Karen. However, it’s also about half the price of that, so it’s well worth it. I also love their foot massage. It feels much cleaner than other places in the San Gabriel Valley, and they also give you a «foot mask» after the service. I highly recommend this place for foot massages, but they also charge $ 18 instead of $ 9.99 or $ 15 that you would get on Valley. But, well worth it!
