Manager Richard was courteous, and took the time to install the new car battery, no hassle, and profesional.

Exceptional service. Called in the morning and told them I was coming to pick up some snow chains. Apparently they had none in stock even though their computer system said they had 5. They quickly sent someone to a nearby store to pick up and bring it for me by the time I came. Thank you! But time to update the inventory system =P

Bought a car battery here. Had exceptional customer service from Jay. He notified me that battery installation was free, and then went above and beyond to remove and replace my old car battery. My old car battery terminal area was severely corroded, the metal was malleable and removing the nuts and bolts was difficult. Jay didn’t complain and could have reasonably sent me off due to the difficulty but decided to see it to the end and fix it. Much thanks.

The BEST customer service! Selvin, the Assistant Manager, was so accommodating and helpful. He went out of his way to help me out of a bind. I am new to the area and had no idea what I needed, but he gave me exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back and recommend his service to others.

I have lived very close to the store for about 3 ½ years, and in that time I have visited maybe a dozen times. for the most part, I only make small purchases here — — a bottle of windshield washer fluid, a container of brake fluid… Nothing too fancy. For this kind of a purchase, the store doesn’t excellent job. You get in, you get out. No big deal.
Recently, I purchased a pull behind camper trailer, that has two batteries to run the electrical systems when hook ups are not available. Due to the age of the trailer, the batteries were long dead and required replacement. I went to O’Reilly, and immediately went to the back desk where business is transacted, and requests for special parts are made.
My experience with the clerk was exemplary. He search their inventory for the specific battery, and realizing that he did not have it in stock, contacted several other stores… Including a few competitors to see if they might have it. He even contacted a specialized camping store to ask them as well.
As it turned out, I had to purchase the batteries at another location, because O’Reilly did not carry them. However, I so appreciated this gentleman’s personal service, and his willingness to go the extra mile not merely to make a sale, but to ensure that my customer experience was positive. Due to that level of service, I will return to the store for all of my automotive needs, up to the capacity I have to work on my own vehicles. granted, that might be brake pads and oil change supplies, but if more places acted like this, I have to believe everyone would be more successful in business. Unilocal would certainly see a lot more four and five star reviews.

They have the best prices! Great customer service. Auto zone is ok but their prices are to high! Thats why we prefer O’Reilly!
